Good overall, gives me reminders at random times of the day which gets kind of annoying but its not bad to deal with. It does keep me accountable in that regard.

The exercises are intense. Unfortunately I have a couple of joints that are beginning to hurt too much to complete them, including my knees on the lunges, and one elbow on the explosive push-ups. I'm modifying the exercises to allow me to complete the sets however I'm wondering if I might have to continue to mitigate further and further to avoid doing any type of joint or soft tissue injury.

I had a very disappointing experience with this program. During the setup process, I accidentally clicked on a “bonus” that appeared to be free, but I was charged immediately without any clear warning or confirmation. The purchase flow felt misleading and seemed designed to encourage accidental in-app purchases through dark patterns.
I contacted support to request a refund because the purchase was unintentional, but the overall experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company. Customers should be clearly informed before money is taken from their account.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Asked what is a problem area and I said knees. Third workout was impossible for my knees. What's the point in asking. So much for"personalized"

I wouldn’t give them even one star. You will experience very aggressive sales tactics, multiple attempts to upsell, they trick you into a higher price then expected, they promise you can get a refund within four weeks if you don’t like it. This all happened to me. I advise you not to purchase Mad Muscle. It’s a marketing and sale company. They don’t care about you or your fitness success- in my opinion.

Great workout sessions, but not worth the $23/month I was paying for it.

Like the stretching that is fundamental in the exercises. Increasing flexibility is equally important to muscle and strength gains.
Would like an option to see a more detailed breakdown of some moves before starting to make sure they are being done correctly
