Top notch service

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
It was hard to get a match for my bike but sent digital swatches to make sure it was the right colour to match as close as possible.
Response to emails was quick .
Would use the company again and again if needed...

Ordered my touch up pen from mad paints…

Ordered my touch up pen from mad paints 8 days later still not received it contacted them and they told me it can’t be traced yet due it still being at post delivery centre still after 8 days !!! Don’t think I will be using them again!!!!

Missing item refused to replace

Ordered a paint kit in March which arrived missing the pearl layer.

The company confirmed in writing that this part had not been sent and told me they would dispatch it the same day.

This never happened.

When I chased it, I was then told they “can’t find the order” and won’t resolve it despite their own earlier emails confirming the mistake and promising to fix it.

I even logged into my account and provided the order details directly from their own system, but this made no difference.

Very poor service and no accountability.

Got a chip repair kit

Got a chip repair kit. No guide or instructions, poor giving it's normal Joe's who will be buying these kits. Also don't exspect to get the kit as advertised. No box just a tatty brown envelope stuffed through your door with the pens. Not the Nice box as advertised.

I brought a touch up pen for my car as…

I brought a touch up pen for my car as the scratch was too deep. I was dubious at first thinking it wouldn’t match but was pleasantly surprised it has blended so well with the colour of my car, even I have difficulty finding the original scratch. It was quite difficult to get the top off, hence only 4 stars but would recommend.

Coloured water as touch up paint.

Ordered from this company as recommended on a forum, a massive mistake. Ordered rust remover and touch up paint. Arrived with 0 instructions, I realise it is just rust remover and touch up paint but you have to leave on for a certain amount of time before you can move on to the next step. Got in touch and was emailed instructions.

The paint was so watery that is was like when you wash a paint brush and it is nearly clean. It will take me at least 20 coats and probably still will not cover correctly. I got in touch with the company who stated that there was a error at the mixing dept. and would send me out a replacement.

Received the replacement and it is exactly the same.

I have wasted my money buying from this company. Will now need to buy from another hopefully more on the ball company.

Do not use this company for touch up paint.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. My order has been 'in the post' for nearly 1 month with no sign of arrival. Customer service was dismissive and just passed the blame onto Royal Mail rather than taking any responsibility. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I definitely will not use this company…

I definitely will not use this company again for anything. I ordered some paint for my bike and when it came it should’ve been a mat finish and it was clearcoat I didn’t realise until I put the final coat on the paint didn’t match and the clearcoat was too shiny when I contacted them all they said was well that is the paint that is supplied for your bike but it isn’t. It’s wrong so definitely do not use this company.

Great Great company. Great product

Great company. Great product. I have been trying to get a touch up paint for my Vauxhall Corsa since I bought it new 2 years ago. Incredibly, Vauxhall have still not made available a touch up paint for my car. The paint pen arrived quickly and is a perfect match enabling me to deal with those tiny little marks that sadly turn up after you've been in a car park. Many thanks to Madpaints.

Absolutely shocking do not buy from…

Absolutely shocking do not buy from them. I have contacted them about my missing order and all you get is sorry was posted and it's royal mails fault. Its now 11 days since i ordered and still nothing.

Really disappointed with my experience…

Really disappointed with my experience with Mad Paints.

I’ve ordered from them before and had no issues, but this time the product was completely different. The can itself was lower quality, and the paint was extremely watery and wouldn’t adhere properly to the car at all.

I had a professional working on it, and even he said straight away the paint was poor quality. We ended up having to go out and buy another brand, which worked perfectly — so it clearly wasn’t an application issue.

When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, I was met with a long list of questions implying user error, despite me providing photos and explaining the situation clearly. The responses came across quite dismissive, and no refund was offered — only another can of the same paint, which I obviously don’t want.

Overall, really frustrating experience. Poor product this time round and even worse customer service. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Just received my touch up paint today…

Just received my touch up paint today having waited six days for it and that was paying for postage wouldn't have minded if I wasn't paying the postage to find that I had half a bottle of lacquer where it's had leaked all over all the bottles were very sticky to touch very disappointed will not be using them again I will go elsewhere
