Don't expect much in the way of support!

I ordered on a set of wheels on the 24/3. The Parcelfarce driver chose to ignore our workshop, and tried to deliver to a house next door, (twice, if you believe the driver.) Not Madspeed's fault, but they did nothing to try and resolve the situation. I tried to get it redelivered to my Post Office, but it's still at the delivery depot. Not Madspeed's fault, but they have done nothing!
By law, they haven't fulfilled the contract, so should offer a full refund, but they've done nothing!
I've raised it with my card provider, so the refund is no longer an issue for me. But I've lost a customer and what I thought was going to be a good wheel supplier.

Hi Jon,

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.

To clarify for transparency, the delivery address provided was not recognised within the courier network, which resulted in failed delivery attempts. As delivery is dependent on a valid and recognised address, this unfortunately prevented the parcel from being successfully delivered.

Following this, you requested via the ParcelForce website for the parcel to be redirected to a local Post Office for collection. Unfortunately, this request was not actioned by ParcelForce.

We also made several attempts to contact ParcelForce to arrange redelivery and to redirect the parcel as requested. However, we did not receive any response from them during this period, which meant we were unable to progress the delivery further. We understand they are currently experiencing operational disruption, which may have contributed to the delays.

As the parcel remained within the courier network and had not been returned to us, we were initially unable to issue a refund. However, due to the lack of response from the courier, we proceeded to issue a full refund to resolve the matter, despite the parcel still being in transit and not yet returned to us.

We fully understand how frustrating this situation is, and we share that frustration. While this was outside of our control, we did make every effort to resolve it from our side.

I’m very late leaving this review…

I’m very late leaving this review unlike Madspeed who were very quick to safely deliver the wheels that I ordered and also very quick to sort out an issue that I had.
I can’t praise them enough for their swift resolution of my problem or for their speedy communications throughout the process.
Should I ever need another wheelset then Madspeed will be my first port of call.

Great lightweight wheels at a bargain price

Ordered the wheels from madspeed 7 with discount. Great price and better than wheels I've paid twice as much for previously. The wheels are light and came fitted with the cassette. They've added speed to my road bike and the hubs are very smooth. Great addition to my bike.
