This company is terrible. I have ordered 2 shorts twin sets and from
The moment the money left my account on the 20/6/2021 I have not received anything. I emailed and got told they are moving their warehouse to Austria and that once they receive the items they will send them out. This is terrible business practice. Why wasn’t this disclosed on their website etc. So I have been emailing a Robert Uncles who works in customer service. It seemed like I was getting somewhere, I requested a refund and now radio silence. So I’m going to have to get my bank involved and also fraud. As this company is scamming people out of their money. The company Director is Romana Zilava and the business address is 1st Floor, 2 Woodberry Grove, Finchley, London, England, N12 0DR. I hope this company works on their business practices or gets shut down. I’m not bothered either way. I just want my money back now.

Your emails do not work. I have many reasons to believe that your company stole my money and never sent the clothes I bought
if I don’t receive a response within 24 hours I will have to contact the police and international fraud services to report you

Lovely brand quality clothes a little slow to reply to my emails when needed updates but offered me a free -T shirt for the delay so very happy and fabrics amazing 🤩

I bought a tracksuit from them 1 year ago, received the bottoms and they were actually very good quality. I was patient as it seemed they are a small company and due to covid I thought I would give them time. They STILL haven't sent the hoodie or even updated me with anything.

came across the brand via facebook and absolutelty love there clothing the shipping was a little slow but that was due to covid 19 they explained i received my items and the quality is amazing thank you for the contiuned updates guys will order again

SCAM. Do not make any purchases. I ordered months ago and still haven't received anything. The business owner was making excuses before he stopped replying now its been 4 months since i placed my order .

Unethical company with their only goal to cheat customers. It has been 4 months since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. Now their support email address has been deleted and my money is gone

DO NOT SUPPORT! Bought a sweater 2 months ago and been trying to track my order. Emailed them 4 times already. The third time, they emailed me back saying this is the first time we got your email and will follow back up on Monday. Of course, they don't follow up and they managed to block my emails now.

It's fine if I don't get the item but they now ruined my experiences shopping at upcoming apparel brands. Stick to trustworthy well-known companies from now on.

Good luck with this company because the only way the business will last is if they keep scamming people.

Quality of item was alright, I returned a hoodie for a refund and bought a bigger size instead of exchanging so I wasn’t waiting about. When emailing regarding refund, correspondence from company went back and fourth for months due to not hearing from then for over a month so I had to reply twice to get response. Customer service was shocking. When supplying company with order number and item returned they asked for receipt which I lost due to this being around 6 months later still trying to get my refund. Unsure why they can’t check there system using order number to know if it was received. I personally think the clothing is alright bit overpriced for the quality so I think I will stick to designer brands. I would not buy from company again not because of the clothing but there shocking customer service and they were no help at all. This is the only company I’ve had an issues with other clothing companies have been fine

It’s a scam. Payed for a hoodie over two months ago and still hadn’t arrived yet I emailed numerous times at first they would just say they will look into it and all then they just stopped replying. I emailed them looking for a refund and then still no reply. Don’t buy from here you’ll lose your money.!

Ordered a hoodie for Xmas, delivered straight away, very good quality, looks fantastic, absolutely love it, will be ordering again soon. Highly recommended!
