Very disappointing company and service which has proven to be very frustrating.

I don’t normally write reviews but had to here because I would not recommend any one going through the poor service received. In the end I’ve had to dispute a refund via my bank in order to get my money back.

Taken 2-3 months to try and get resolved.

Emailed and contacted numerous times and going round in circles and now no longer get any updates. It’s a shame as the items seem nice, but customer service and lack of contact/response outweighs this.

I would avoid if you could to save yourself a lot of time and shop elsewhere.

I should have read the reviews before shopping, but I trusted LOL their IG promotion and "famous" brand models. Haha. I'll update my review in 2 weeks... Perhaps... It takes a wonder...

Bought a tracksuit and have had no issues but when i wanted to buy another it was all sold out in my size. Romie helped to put in a special order for the sold out items and even gifted me for the trouble. Customer service skills are 10/10 and i will definitely be purchasing from them again. All pros & no cons.

I dealt with Romie about a delivery MIA, and she simply took care of everything for me in a very timely manner making the experience as painless as possible. Thank you again!

It did take a little longer to Ireland than I was expecting but during that time I was constantly assured by Romana that it would arrive and that all was okay. She was fantastic and replied everytime. The Teddy hoody and joggers are for my son's birthday, he has not tried them yet but they look very cool! Thank you Romana

This company is a big scam, first og all i paid around 2000 danish kroners for two tracksuits, and when the transaction went through i didn't receive a mail or anything, i didn't get a order number or tracking number ... I tried contacting Them in their site, i never got and answer, Then i tried through their Facebook and i got blocked, don't ever buy anything from their site ! Bad service, bad treatment, i'm in chok !!

Update: you did not sent the ordernumber a few Days ago, you sent 4 emails last night, that were All dated last night, and you did first sent these mail when i afsked for my Money back.. I used the whole evening last night disgussing with you. One of the emails you sent last night, was a mail about you will sent a new one when the order had been sent, and i really don't want you to sent the order, i just want my money back ! Please, just refund my money, Thank you!

Update 23rd. Of december, i got one off the track suit, i still haven't Seen any Money back and it was ordered the 7th of october, i think this is not Worth All the trouble, i recommend everybody to spend their Money elsewhere...

After this review, i received numerous
e-mails and text messages, where I’m being threatened with being reported as a fraud, and that my reviews are nasty and that I’m trying to shut down her business, which is absolutely not the case. She says that she’s called and messaged me 100 of times, without me replying, which is absolutely not true. I’ve received 1 phone call, from a foreign number, (I live in Denmark) which I did not take. I thought it was a scam number calling. All of her e-mails have been replied by me.
I have all of our correspondence on email, and I have sent this to my bank.
She says that she wants proof of my bank replying to me, this is also sent in a form of a screenshot, where my bank is telling me, that nothing has been refunded. In danish though, but still.
I’ve received numerous mails, with screenshots that the transfer was a success, but what good is that, when there is no money put back, from them, in my bank?

So.. After being called a liar, I’ve involved my bank and VISA to get my money back.

I had an agreement with maecloth that I would delete my previous review here on trustpilot, as soon as my money was in my bankaccount.

It’s not there and it has never been refunded. My bank emailed me this morning, to tell me that that there had been absolutely no refund. EVER.

Long story short. 11.05-2020 I bought a tracksuit, as a gift for my son in-law. It never came.
First when I asked for my money back, in July, it suddenly got sent. I didn’t want the tracksuit now, so I asked for a refund and no problem they said.

Only problem was that my money never came.
So this is where I’m at now. Writing a seemingly bad review. But it’s just, as I’ve gotten nothing even close to a refund. A lot of emails (63 to be exact) but no cash.

My bank is taking over now. This is NOT okay!

Great company, great customer service. Ordered a tracksuit awhile ago, it took slightly longer to receive than expected, but they kept me updated. Have now received my tracksuit, and its very good quality and a great fit. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended

I now have 4 different pieces of clothing from MAE Cloth and the quality is amazing. Their hoodies have a unique style that you won't find on the high street so I always feel like I stand out on the best way possible.

One of the orders got delayed but we sorted it all out with the customer service would definitely buy again.

Heed the other reviews on here...ordered some t shirts back in April and was continuously fobbed off with excuses until I was told there were no longer in stock. Requested a refund and was told this would be processed, but, many weeks later still no refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM MAE

Terrible customer service I ordered my 50 pounds worth of items over two months ago and they haven’t arrived the refund policy on their site says any item that’s not shipped within 4 weeks will be refunded. I’ve asked for a refund several times yet they say the item has been shipped, is the person delivering it crawling to my house? I wouldn’t order from here at all feel like I’ve essentially been scammed.

I ordered a tracksuit on the 7th of June. After a week or two I still had not relieved my items, I emailed them asking for an update which I was told the tracksuit top would be another 4 weeks! And they were sending me the bottoms first class as they were late. After another week I still had still not received my bottoms. I’ve been trying get my money back for 4 weeks now with no success, all I have received is lie after lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I ordered a track suit over 2 months ago, still haven’t received it. Was promised a refund 3 weeks ago, have not received that either.
Will be taking this up with trading standards.

Save yourself the time and money and do not order from here.

Took a long time to get here but when it finally did. I really like the hoodies good quality

I had a bad experience with this company. My item took 3 months to arrive. When I emailed them asking for an update, they only replied 50% of the time, with brief sentences and nothing seemed to materialise when they did reply. At the time of ordering the website was a bit deceiving it did state that items can take five weeks but all customers will be notified of this, I was never notified in fact they never contacted me without me messaging first. If you use these be prepared you may have to wait and chase your order. Unfortunately it looks like I’m not the only one who’s had to wait for their order.
