Be aware of this company and avoid ! They are taking the money and make you wait for 8 weeks to get your order !! I was waiting for refund 12 weeks and customer service is a joke! Really not worth the hassle.

I ordered few tracksuits for my son and husband. Items were in preorder, My order arrived after 12days. Joggers for my son was little bit big, so I returned them. Got the right size 2days after. One of my favourite fashion brand with high quality.
Shout out to the CEO’s who helped me to choose the perfect items for my guys and sort out my return very quickly. Thank you again I will recommend Maecloth to my friends and family.

I would like to say big thank you for quick response and for helping me to find my package.
I ordered T-shirt, shorts and black shirt for my son, my parcel got lost in in Germany. parcel has been sent with Royal Mail from England. Even I got tracking number post office did not help me at all. I thought I never gonna see my package again and suprise for my son gonna be spoiled.
I contacted Adam from customer service. After 6 days package has been found and delivered to my door in Germany. I got refund for shipping cost and free hoodie as a good gesture from company. Very good customer service, thank you again . Will definitely order more items in future.

Usually would be a ZERO. Ordered a parcel in September and still waiting on it. Website is very very clever. Does not make it transparent to the customer that item is not in stock upon ordering, and then give you all the excuses in the world about supply issues. I've just made a formal complaint to trading standards.
Disgusting practices and zero ethics.
