Good products and experience.
The delivery took some time, but they already said from the start that they take about 10 days max to ship products, so it was fine. I liked what I got, a Body Shop Advent Calendar 2021. Overall it was a good experience, and I might buy again in the future from Magasin.se :)

So sad that they sent me the wrong…
So sad that they sent me the wrong product.
Later respond my item is no longer in stock.
All the trouble to send back wrong item, email and take a photo of the barcode for them.
Was really looking forward to this jacket.
I was the early one to order the item as soon it came on sale past midnight too! :(

Unfortunately the jacket is only available in size EU 44, my apologies.
We will refund you the money when our warehouse has received your package and also send you a confirmation.

The payment for my order was on hold…
The payment for my order was on hold for a week, and the item wasn’t even confirmed to be registered. No plan was shown for it to be shipped at all. with Christmas coming up, I couldn’t risk waiting any longer, sadly I had to call customer services to annul the purchase and buy it from a different seller.

Orfered a sun glasses waited 15 days then i got a message that they don't have it anymore. At that time blackfriday and all discounts are gone. And they replied saying in a very unprofessional way that it wa technical error. I will never buy from them again
