The case is fantastic, strong and sturdy. Magnet attaches really well and better than all I’ve tried before. The ring spot broke but they sent me a replacement. Fantastic case and fantastic customer service. I have multiple friends with them and we won’t go to another case anytime soon.

I truly enjoy my magbak case for my s25…
I truly enjoy my magbak case for my s25 ultra. Pinky pillow broke after a while and I reached out to through Facebook and they took care of me. I received 2 Pinky pillows in the mail shortly after our interaction. My case ended up cracking slightly recently and I received the same treatment . They stand behind their warranty and are very quick to respond on Instagram and Facebook. I would recommend this product.

Good case, very professional team. Had an issue with my keys not fitting the key tag and they help me refund with no hassle. Their wallet had a beeping issue and they replace it for me with no problems either. Very good experience highly recommend them

Galaxy S26 Ultra MagBak Elite
I purchased the MagBak Elite for my Galaxy S26 Ultra along with the red accent accessory pack. I was really looking forward to the combination of solid protection and magnetic convenience. However, I was initially quite dismayed when I tried to use my S Pen. After installing the case, I noticed significant interference whenever the pen got near the magnets. Since this was an expensive purchase, I felt disappointed that it didn't seem to work as advertised.
I reached out to MagBak to share my feedback and was immediately impressed by their level of service. To my surprise, they responded quickly and thanked me for the report. Their communication was incredibly friendly and professional, which made me feel valued as a customer right away. They explained that this was a known issue and that their team was already developing a revised version to fix the interference. They even offered to send me a replacement case for free as soon as the update was ready.
I just received the new and improved case, and I am happy to report that the S Pen works perfectly now. I still get to keep the convenience of the magnets along with all the other great features and protection. I am so appreciative of how MagBak handled this situation from start to finish. This is a fantastic company that truly cares about its customers and is willing to do the right thing.

I’ve always loved these phone cases. Slim, protective, comfortable and extremely versatile! I purchased my second one since I upgraded phones. The case was great but over time it started to peel and the finger pad broke. I was unsure about warranty replacement so I just emailed them from my order email. They responded right away and informed me there was a 1 year warranty. It was just before a year. All I had to do was send pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement at no charge. Excellent customer service, excellent product support!

I got the MagBak Elite case for my iPhone 16 Pro, and I love it! It has all the features that I would normally have to buy as add-ons for any other case I’ve previously used. I’ve been using MagBak iPhone cases for over a year now both for myself and my wife and I’m genuinely impressed. What stands out most is their customer service.
