Super-efficient helpful staff - nothing too much trouble
I have used Magenta storage in St Albans on and off for more than 10 years. The brilliant team have been really helpful and efficient - so important particularly during stressful home moves. It has also helped a lot having 24 hour access; knowing that the storeroom is well maintained, pest-free, secure etc; and having additional services services like paper shredding.

Easy, no-hassle storage
I rented a small unit here for six months. I was able both to set up and cancel my contract without issue and the staff at the front desk were always incredibly helpful.

Really helpful when storage was needed ASAP
Will and Shah from the Botley road branch were SO helpful. We needed storage ASAP for a table that we couldn't fit through the front door of our new house. They were so accommodating and kind throughout the whole process of storing and vacating.
