Whenever I come to magenta I am always welcomed with a smile, joe is very helpful and will go above and beyond to help me with my needs, the store is always very clean and I can find everything with ease, the merchandise is always labelled very clearly. Amazing, helpful staff.
The staff at Magenta, Banbury were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I had never used a storage facility before and was surprised how easy and efficient it was. Would certainly use again when required.

Outstanding Customer service
Whenever I go to magenta, the staff ( Lana, Joe, Kirsty and Abdi) are all incredibly friendly and always so quick to help, they all greet me with a smile, the facility is always so clean and the office merchandise is very easy to find. No matter what time of the day I go they will always take time to assist me no matter the issue. I will never go to another storage company magentas staff have made me feel welcomed, I cannot thank them enough

Perfect facility for us!
We used the facility at Banbury for nine months after a house move and we can highly recommend everything about it, including the location, the cost, and ease-of-access.

I was with Magenta storage in Banbury for 5 years and found it to be an easy , no-hassle storage facility

I had great service from Shah the manager at Magenta in Oxford. On this particular day I didn't have long left on my van rental and he fortunately arrived for work early and allowed me to unload all my stuff so that I could then get my van back to the hire company on time. Much appreciated!
