Magicbricks is a not resolve my problem

Magicbricks is a not resolve my problem
Please do not buy any subscription before checking real Google reviews.
Payments are taken, but issues are not resolved and accountability is missing.

I have already contacted multiple people from the Magicbricks team, yet the problem remains unresolved.
I strongly suggest users move to other platforms and verify everything in writing before paying.

Absolutely useless. Truly pathetic.

Absolutely useless. Right from the so-called (under)valuation of the property to the marketing, showcasing, coordination, support - pretty much, everything is absolutely pathetic. App is totally buyer driven, so, property is grossly undervalued based on some idiotic assumptions. There's supposed to be an RM, who called once, at the beginning, in November 2025, after that, she's no longer in contact. A so-called "photo shoot" was conducted and I have neither seen those photos, nor heard about it after that. Everything is just bot driven with absolutely no proactive or reactive responses. Totally worthless and useless. This has been the worst real estate app I've experienced in the three countries I've lived in. Magic Bricks does a lot more harm than good. This company should be sued and shut down. Very dangerous and toxic.

Bots running the Buy/Sell Interest :-)

Published my apartment sell ad and surprised with their bots showing interests. I reached out to one of the prospects and was told that we aren't interested in the project and interest is generated by Magicbricks bot. Wouldn't recommend buying their service.

There should be a 0 star option

There should be a 0 star option for this company. They simply looted my 7000 rupees for leads services with pathetic relationship manager who always made excuses that no one is picking their call as Magicbricks appear as spam to customers. This continued for 3 months.

Misleading promotional mails

I had listed a property for sale on Magic Bricks. Just before it was expiring, I get a mail offering a package. I subscribed to it. Then I get a call saying that what I have subscribed is a basic plan and that I must go for another plan which is a renewal plan and offers more features. After some thought I decided to go with the plan they suggested. However, they have refused to upgrade my plan and let me just pay the difference. I had to buy the renewal plan again. My earlier payment goes waste.

• To me this is plain misleading. Why was I offered the plan if it is not effective.?
• In most cases you can upgrade the plan by paying the difference

To me this a totally misleading approach with no transparency. They are taking customers for a ride

I have raised a grievance to Magic Bricks. They are giving me Gyan on how to handle their(misleading) promotional mails but no apology for sending me plans that that are not suitable for me.

Of course they are refusing to refund.

Fraud and cheater company

worst experience ever..first they keep on calling you for buying paid package. Till you don't buy all sugary talks, we have so many tenants looking for your kind of property, you can expect best services from mb. Once you buy they are least concern for giving services. Not a single genuine enquiry I got from their paid package. My shop is 265 sft. and leads I got who are looking for 500 sft or bigger area. When I called them they say we have no control over this. Then they have limit for 50 credit points means they will share contact details of 50 enquiries only, means they say they are an advertisement portal only and they have no control over responses but they will keep control on no. of enquiries...this is ridiculous. They commit for services like AI video and 1000 mails but once you take paid package then for some of the services they will say it's not available for you and for mails they said they don'thave sufficient data. They don't have genuine and quality responses, don't have sufficient data but when you ask for refund they will say your services are activated, refund cannot be done. They sale services by making false commitment and thus make money by cheating people...pathetic services and total fraud

Worst experience ever. Don't ever subscribe or maybe a payment here. Neither the property will be highlighted nor will a representative help you out. They blocked my calls and not picking up now. They sent out an email for communication after I left a review and still no response. DO NOT PAY.

🚫 Worst Experience Ever

🚫 Worst Experience Ever — MagicBricks is a Complete Scam! 🚫
I had one of the worst experiences ever with MagicBricks. I got a call from their executive after showing interest in renting a house. I clearly told them that I was concerned about fake listings and unreliable owners. They confidently assured me that their system verifies every property and that their team would fully support me. Trusting their words, I purchased their Prime Membership — and that’s where the nightmare began.
The first five owners I contacted were completely fake.
Some said their properties were already rented out, but MagicBricks refused to remove the listings.
One person told me he never even posted anything on MagicBricks!
Another owner actually yelled at me, saying he’s been trying to tell both MagicBricks and callers that his property was rented long ago.
Many others simply never responded at all.
After this disaster, I tried contacting the executive who sold me the membership — he never picked up my calls or responded to my messages. Once, I finally reached him and explained everything, I even told him:
“There are five properties listed on your portal. I’m ready to pay the rent that they have mentioned, just get me a confirmation from them that they want to rent out.”
He simply said, “Sorry, we can’t do that,” and then stopped responding altogether.
Customer service? Nonexistent. No calls back, no emails, no help whatsoever.
In short, MagicBricks is full of fake listings, false promises, and zero accountability. They lure you in with big words, take your money, and vanish when you need help.
💥 Stay far away from MagicBricks — it’s a total scam and a waste of time and money! 💥
