Kind of funny how this company works. All the BS lies on the ads. It definitely isn’t scratch proof. Mine scratched with in 3 weeks then broke. When I contacted customer support they told me that I didn’t believe in the product and they were not going to send me a replacement. Don’t throw away your money
They do not stand by their product and will fight you tooth and nail regarding replacement. Not scratch resistant and I would really hate to see what it would do if my phone actually took an impact. They claim that their product is a bogo and that second one should be used for damages. Don’t throw away your money.

50% garbage, predatory selling. They sell 2 screen protectors per pack, which is already annoying because how many devices/phones does the average individual own... 1.
Then when I told them that 1 of the 2 was defective, they told me they sell two in each pack so that you have a backup. No... you sell 2 in each pack so you can charge twice as much.
Does it work? Sometimes. But their customer support was useless and just pointed me towards their limited warranty. This isn't a warranty issue, its a quality issue.

I bought two screen protectors from Magic John for the Samsung S24 Ultra.
The protective film did not perform as advertised.
The product did not behave the way it is presented in their marketing.
The glass scratched very easily.
The phone fell from a height of about 20 centimeters and the protector cracked.
The next day, a black spot appeared on the display.
Based on my experience, this feels misleading — even like a scam.
I’m honestly very disappointed.

Magic John screen protector false advertisement
Screen protector broke after phone fell from 2.5’ onto driveway. Fell on face, No corner damage, brought up to customer service and they told they won’t do anything….that they’re designed to break. When I brought up commercials of guy hitting the protector and it not breaking, they told me it was a controlled environment and are not expected to behave the same way in real life (all of this was written in email correspondence). This is beyond false advertisement….very disappointed.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! Buyers beware! I bought a phone mount from Amazon that all the paid social media influencers were raving about , the phone mount I ordered broke after 2 times of use, I contacted the seller to see about a warranty claim, he says the mount only had a 180 day warranty, which when I bought it remember it saying 12 months, but now I can’t prove it because he’s selling an upgraded model and I can’t access his old listing to prove it. Anyway it’s crap products for sure, don’t waste your money on his products, don’t believe the social media influencers that are promoting this company, they are in it to make a buck! take it from a real customer. More people should take to social media for these products so people don’t waste their money. I have over a 120,000 followers maybe i should start real reviews on these scam companies!

I liked that the install was easy on my iphone 15pro but its NOT NOT NOT scratch resistant. Been a few weeks and its all scratched up from normal use, i am not a constuction worker or anything, my previous screen protector from temu for $2 was more scratch resistant

Terrible product. Bought the generation 3. And the screen protect cracked in two places the second day I had it installed. Dropped from sitting height with a case on. Email the company and they just said put the second screen protector on and that was it.

The protector broke on the first drop from waist height. This is the response I got from them after I asked if the guy with the axe was BS.

Not worth it. Cracked twice, no drops.
This screen protector is not good. Bought a 2-pack from the MJ Amazon store, less than a week later my screen had a scratch and crack on it. No drops. I emailed customer service about my issue and disappointment and was actually pleasantly surprised how quick they were to send a new kit out. I've had my new one on for 3 days and gave the second one to my husband whose different brand protector was cracked. He's had his MJ screen protector on for less than 48 hours. NO DROPS! It's literally already cracked! (For the record, my husband is the one who loved the ads and wanted to get them.) I'm gonna go back to the random brand I found on Amazon that worked with my old iPhone for over a year. I'll give 2 stars because Customer Service was quick to respond and resolve, but the product is disappointing to say the least and not reliable.
