Waste of time
The best way to see how good something is is to try it, right? I tried using a free account to test this site, it did nothing... Nothing, it just kept insisting that I had to subscribe to process the AI prompt.

Dear user,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us—we truly appreciate you giving our platform a try, as feedback like yours helps us improve.
We sincerely apologize that your free account test didn’t go as expected, and that you encountered persistent prompts to subscribe without being able to process your AI request. This isn’t the trial experience we want to offer, and it’s clear we need to refine how our free tier functions to ensure users can get a meaningful sense of the platform.
Our team will look into this right away to understand why the free account wasn’t able to process your prompt as intended. If you’d be open to sharing a bit more about the specific AI prompt you tried (no pressure, of course), it could help us pinpoint the issue faster.
Thank you again for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to show you a better experience in the future.

I used opened a paid account with company and used it for 1 month. There does not seem to be any way to cancel the account, despite writing to them, they constantly try to bill my bank account every day. I had yo freeze my card and instructed my bank not to pay them. Absolute chances! Be wary about giving your details to them.

Dear user,
We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing experience you’ve had with canceling your account and the ongoing billing issues—this is completely unacceptable, and we want to make this right immediately.
Please know we take your concerns extremely seriously. Our team is already looking into why the cancellation process failed and why unauthorized charges continued, even after you reached out. This violates the trust we strive to build with every user, and we’re committed to resolving this promptly.
To fix this as quickly as possible, could you please reach out to our dedicated support team via magiclightjacky@gmail.com with your account details? We’ll prioritize your case, halt all billing attempts immediately, and ensure any improper charges are fully refunded.
Again, we apologize profoundly for the stress and inconvenience this has caused. Your trust matters to us, and we’ll work tirelessly to earn it back through concrete action.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we won’t rest until this is resolved.
Did not generate a 1 minute video stayed in q for hours
I tried to render a 45 second video and it stayed in the Q and generated nothing after over an hour. Not subscribing to them. Don't trust them. Its a horrible useless waste of time product.

Dear user,
We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with your video rendering—waiting hours for a 45-second video with no result is completely unacceptable, and we understand why you’d feel let down. This is far from the reliable service we aim to provide, and we take full responsibility for falling short here.
Our team is already investigating the queue delays to identify what caused the hold-up in processing your video. We’re working to address these performance issues urgently to ensure this doesn’t happen to other users.
If you’d be willing to give us a chance to make it right, please reach out to our support team with details of your project (like the video type or any specific settings used) via magiclightjacky@gmail.com. We’d love to assist in reprocessing your video promptly or finding a solution that makes up for the time you’ve lost.
Thank you for sharing your feedback—even when it’s difficult, it’s critical for us to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to show you a better experience in the future.

Inexistant Cancellation Option
If I could give them less than a star, I would!!! I do not recommend that anyone gets a subscription with them. They literally have no support system, and no cancellation process. For you to get in touch you have to message them on telegram !!!! And you would be lucky if you get an answer. I’m being charged monthly and chasing them to cancel my subscription. I believe the only way is to cancel my card which is a big hassle. Utter joke!!!

Terrible App... No Customer Service
Bought a subscription and selected the option for a 30 minute video, however the end video was only 5 minutes, and the characters were terrible. Emailed support three times over a two week period but received no answer. No way to cancel the subscription so I cancelled my card.

Magic light did well actually
Magic light did well actually, may be I was new. One thing again I am testing not only magic light, Filmora Wondershare 14 now and LTX Studio and I am paying for it, not using them free. That's card, or a toffee offered by software companies to attract more customers. Let's people decide their own choice.

I joined a few days ago. It's a very frustrating experience. There's no support team for simple questions or to get answers to anything whatsoever. It was too much wasting time trying to find answers on the Web that an email message or support team can answer in a minute or two. It's one of those sites that literally makes one go away!
