Great service

Great service, quick delivery with updates along the way via tracking. Friendly emails if signing up to the mailing list. Seem like a nice company. Definitely reliable. Will be using again.

Products are great quality

Products are great quality, ship fast and at a good price. If you visit in person Dominic really knows his stuff is happy to chat, demonstrate different effects, very helpful and has great advice on how to get the most out of the effects. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

An Alladin's cave for professionals and complete beginners

Love this shop. There is so much here from extremely budget-friendly clever gimmicks and gadgets, to very high-end props. Their huge catalogue can be helpfully sorted by ability, so there is a ton of stuff for complete beginners (like me) right up to fully professional gear. If you subscribe, you'll get regular offers and see new tricks you've never heard of. There are also some really quite good free downloads.
Merchant of Magic are very customer friendly - I had a query over an order and it was sorted in seconds.

First Class service.

I bought a product which arrived quickly, well packed and it looked good. I had trouble with downloading the instructional video on my phone but a quick email to Merchant of Magic and within a short space of time they had me sorted. A really great outcome. First class service.

Hi Mitchell I’m so sorry to hear you are unhappy with the shipping time on your order to the United States. I checked your order and it’s progressing as it should. I’ve sent you the tracking number again so you can follow its progress.

At the checkout we offer several different shipping services to the US from the UK. We do a 5-7 day service or a way slower 3-4 week economy service option which is much much cheaper. You picked the 3-4 week ‘by land’ service, so it’s not expected to be with you until the end of next week.

We did explain this to you at the checkout when you selected that option and also on all the confirmation and again in the email sending you the tracking details for the package.

Rest assured we are following along with the package as it clears through customs and over to you. We really appreciate you supporting our magic shop
