The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

I purchased two Flowmate V5 Nano vaporizers from MagicVaporizers one for myself, and another as a birthday gift for a friend.
The items were delivered on time which, seems to be a bonus after reading other reviews but, that is where it ends from their service for myself.

One of the items developed a fault after a few days use and started to only switch on intermittent to which, developed into the device not working at all.
I contacted MagicVaporizers regarding the issue and my desire to return both items, the one which was faulty and the other item which had not been open/used.
They asked for videos which I provided.
They accused me of not being able to use the device correctly first off (I have four different vaporizers) and continually have gone round in circles trying their best to not accept the faulty product which, is within the 14-day period.
I have asked for an address to return the items at my own cost and, still they have refused or made up some other excuse.
Basically, giving customers the runaround, so they don't have to deal with any returns!

I wanted to just return the items to their UK registered business address but, it seems, after doing further research they are a Swedish company so, they will probably claim they have not received the items which, will just cause myself even more inconvenience as I am already nearly £200 out of pocket.

I suffer with multiple health conditions and I don't need the extra stress MagicVaporizers has caused me.

I have run business myself in the past and fully understand what customer service takes and how it should be provided.

I have since purchased another vaporizer from a different well know selling platform at less than half the cost which works fantastic and I know, I won’t have any issues with returns should I need to.

I have all the proof to back up my purchase and experience with MagicVaporizers. Emails, photos, videos and purchase receipt.

I recommend, you seriously think before purchasing anything from this company.

Parts missing from package, slow response

When buying a product from the site I saw a review that claimed the customer didn't receive what they paid for in the box. I presumed this was an isolated incident, so I bought the product anyway. It evidently wasn't and the product arrived with the charger missing. The site claims their packages are weighed before being sent out so this sort of thing is "impossible". Even without weighing it I'm not sure how they managed to leave out one of the most substantial parts of the product. After about a week of back and forth I eventually received... the wrong charger. (Luckily due to lack of faith in this website I had already purchased [and received] a replacement from elsewhere.) It's now over two weeks later and despite paying for a product (and next day delivery) I still don't have the complete purchase. Regrettably my experience with this site so far is 100% negative, and when I finally receive the charger I've paid for I will never use it again.

Despicable Treatment - Kept my Money

I paid for next day delivery but the courier failed to deliver. I cancelled my order but Magic Vaporisers refused to cancel and refuse to refund me. Despite many emails back and forth they refuse to return my payment. I'm having to go through all the very tedious processes with the bank and Visa etc. all for £19 when I've previously spent hundreds with this company. So yes, they're nice when you're spending but not so much when there's a problem. Buyer Beware
Update on 24/07/25. Happy to say that this has been resolved and I've now received my refund in full so I've increased my rating from 1 star to 4

Best customer service i had!

Bought a wolkenkraft äris ultra from this shop and after couple months it stopper working, but the customer service did an amazing job (shoutout to customer minded Yuliana, Alicia and Lars) and ordered a new one for me free of charge. Thank you!

Avoid at any price - don't respect EU consumer rights

I purchased a vaporizer for €300, and it arrived defective. Despite contacting them within the 14-day window guaranteed by EU law, they refused to accept the return. Their excuse was that the item was no longer sealed, which is obvious, since I had to open it to discover it was broken.

This is a clear violation of European consumer protection laws.
Do yourself a favor: buy from a other well known platform that respects slightly more EU return policies and its customers.
I am now with a device that can't be used.

Had a problem with a vape…

Had a problem with a vape malfunctioning. Contacted customer services about a warranty repair and was asked to upload some videos of the problem (an easy process that took moments). Once the videos were received I was sent a replacement vape via next day delivery. Excellent communication and a prompt resolution. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use them again.

1 star is far too generous for this organisation, just head over to VF for a far better experience with no excuses / passing blame, poor service, liars, over priced, no customer care / satisfaction no one cares here also they have no time for you with the automated AI service, poor show shame on you

After experiencing some issues with my Arizer Solo III, Alicia promptly guided me through the claim process, clearly outlining the requirements for video evidence, and ensuring seamless communication at every step.

Despite initial concerns due to reading mixed online reviews about warranty claims, I was thoroughly impressed by MagicVaporizers' efficiency and transparency. My warranty claim was quickly approved, and I was sent an upgraded Arizer Solo III V2 replacement device at no additional cost. Alicia provided timely updates, including shipping information and detailed explanations regarding warranty coverage.

Excellent Service and Great Product Range!
