Perfection
I ordered a replacement starter kit for my Volcano which has enjoyed five years of regular beatings plus a Magma Indst. Obsidian glass bubbler for the top. I'm not going to be trying the glass until this evening hut both arrived bob on time, well packaged and the freebie sweets were a most welcome bonus. Spot on from beginning to end. If I find myself in crippling debt due to ordering gubbins too often at least I can rest assured it'll be good tackle and will rock up when advised 10/10. Would recommend 100%. Wouldn't even give them 1 star if able to missed the first delivery because magic wants a signature. Re,arranged delivery to neighbours but still DPD didn't deliver have him on camera taking picture for missed delivery half way down the street . Excellent customer service – fast, friendly, and reliable!
I ordered my first vaporizer from MagicVaporizers, and although everything arrived in perfect condition, one small item (the wax cup) was missing — which turned out to be a manufacturer’s oversight, not theirs.
I contacted their support team, and they responded immediately. Within the same day they had already shipped the missing part! Super helpful, kind, and professional throughout the whole process.
It’s rare to find this level of customer care. I highly recommend MagicVaporizers and would definitely order from them again!
Issue solved quickly
After my parcel got a bit of a battering from DPD, one of the parts of my order got lost. Alicia sorted this for me very quickly and a replacement arrived the next day.
Not happy
Inadequate customer service.
My Xmax V3 pro vaporiser developed an issue with the mouth piece after less than two months - one of the magnets fell out, and the plastic had split and cracked in 3 places.
I followed the care instructions to the letter, and never used alcohol on the plastic mouth piece. However, after sending photos to the customer support, they told me with absolute certainty that I had caused the issues by not caring for it correctly! Absolutely infuriating.
I tried, multiple times, to suggest that perhaps an anomalous manufacture defect could have occured, making the plastic less durable - but they outright denied to send a replacement mouthpiece, because they're bent on blaming the user.
I have owned several vaporisers, cheaper ones than this Xmax unit - and I have never had to replace a mouthpiece on any of them when running them for months and months on end.
They did offer me to send the mouthpiece back "as a gesture of goodwill.." for them to "inspect it further", but I was essentially told to expect the same outcome - after returning it at my expense, and not having access to my vaporiser for several days or weeks as a medical patient.
I would avoid this company. They will legitimately ship out the product, but you're out of luck if you get a dodgy product that isn't fit for purpose.
Good customer service
After a year of using the vaporiser, it broke. The warranty is 5 years for happiness. I submitted a warranty request, attached a video explaining what happened, and that was it. A few days later, I received a new device without having to return the old one. Good customer service, polite and pretty fast.

I've gotten two vaporizers from here. Very fast delivery! My second vaporizer stopped working after just under 6 months of buying it, but a replacement was sent my way the same day. Love the fast customer service ^-^
Excellent customer service
Alicia has gone above and beyond in her customer service this week. I experienced some issues with a vape purchased in September last year, so I contacted customer service to put in a warranty claim. She replied promptly and courteously to all communication, and was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the process, which led to a very satisfactory outcome. Thanks very much for the excellent service, I will continue to use Magic Vaporizers for all my vaping needs.

Wolkenkraft FX Mini Ultra service and review
Great service. Great product. This German made Vape is the first I've ever owned. I was surprised by the heavy weight. I've used it and found it is easy to use and gives me what is discribed in the device description. The exhale vapor isn't as dense as I've seen in the streets, but at 200c, the byproduct is brown and used up. It definately works! The only issues is the bowl is small and the glass stem is susceptible to breakage. Magic's service can't be faulted. Quick attention and delivery. No problems with this outfit at all. I'd recommend them to others.

Faulty Angus enhanced Vaporiser
Have purchased several items before.
Sadly the Angus enhanced purchased had an issue (Not MagicVaporizers fault). I contacted both manufacturers and MagicVaporizers.
Manufacturer was a tad slow sorting/shipping replacement device.
On the positive side MagicVaporizers were superb 👍👍👍 kept me informed and promptly delivered new device when in the UK .
Very happy and to note Alicia was brilliant, going the extra mile and updating me on a weekend! Tops marks and thanks again!
