How long do withdrawals take on here?

This site promised my refund, after complaining they do not hold the correct license to accept dutch players. However, now my emails are ignored, and when I enter their live chat they close it automatically. These people are scammers and I will not let them get away with this

I played on this site about four months ago, and they paid out back then. But now I’ve been waiting six weeks for my winnings, and still nothing. This site is definitely dodgy

Please read the reviews..... They will take your deposits and NEVER pay you out. Horrible scammers preying on uk players with gambling issues that have excluded on game care.

I have ever had .I won over 300 pound except couldn't cash it out surprise surprise....stupid verification for id documents does not work and is useless .tried getting help was useless with any help whats so ever. just kept sending me the same stupid auto message .I had no choice but to play because it would not let me cash out a penny of my winnings .Then they robbed me blind .when I had already stated. I needed that money ... this site is one of the biggest scam sites going and seriously needs investigating ...definitely money laundering at the very least .I will never be on this site again ..disgusting behaviour .🙄🙄🙄😡😡😡.

Contacted live chat, who advised it's still under review

I've found they are registered in Curacao and regulated by the CGA who I have contacted

Deposited money and can’t get onto site 😡

As everyone on here is posting i have been ripped off by this company. Luckily i didn't deposit a huge amount and won far more than i paid in but i have been trying to withdraw my money since march 2025. First withdrawal by bankcard then cancelled my withdrawal which took minutes btw so i find that funny they were so quick to do. I read on here that they recieved thier money by bank transfer and i can now confirm i requested bank transfer and still have not recieved my money. They give you the same generic replies, definatly a scam site. I would report them if i could to stop other people getting ripped off.

Deposit money into this website. You WILL NOT see your money again. If you ask them when your withdrawal will get to you, they send you nice, genuine looking letters reassuring you. They do not intend paying you a penny. They are clearly operating illegally. STAY AWAY.
