Has anyone actually received there money back yet I'm waiting on £930 for 6 weeks now

This site is definitely a scam I withdraw £500 back in July 25th and was told it could take up to 21days and it gone past that and I am still waiting but I have to write it off now because I ain’t going to see it so please stay away from this site

Worst casino ever had a couple of wins an did get payed however I won 300 an it took over 4 months never got it they put it back in my account so I spent it an was glad I never won no more cos in the long run waiting for your money you end up spending more an you can not close your account down I have tried everything to do so they are robbing scum an customer service feed you tye same bullshit my advice get someone to change your password an do not tell you it if you have a problem with gambling as these don't give a shit an will bleed you of every penny

I see i have been lucky because i have gotten 1st withdrawal but for 2nd I waiting since 26July , is 6 September now.
They saying U need wait 7-21 working day but even after this date nothing happening , all the time same bullshit story from customer service. They are f….n fake scum can’t be even call casino ! Highly not recommending !

So played on this site played £25 won £381 thought great, so requested a withdrawal, I get told it takes 21 days for a withdrawal excluding weekends also payout can be a problem if you haven't spent much money on their site it's not a savings scheme is a bloody casino😂 thought right probably not going to ever get this money so waited 21 days, I wonder what the problem could be? So you guessed it they are protecting my funds and making sure they are secure, secure from who? This is an appalling company to deal with. Unless you're a so called VIP customer, you'll never be paid. If you're a VIP customer your first withdrawal may be quick, but then you'll be treated like dirt and future withdrawals will not be paid. Bait and switch. Do not give these scam artists anything

Tried to deposit with a known good payment card. Took 3 attempts. Third one debited my account. Website doesn't update balance Bank app debited but no game balance. Messaged support who copied the same message the AI bot sent me 2 minutes prior. They told me they could see 3 attempts but were not interested in telling me how to go forward. This company is clearly a scam. You should never, ever, give any card details to these crooks. This website is run by crooks.

Have been waiting 15 weeks for a withdrawal of £1,100 and even when having a balance of over 3,000 from deposits or winnings.. still not honouring.. since waiting and unable to withdraw balance.

I have requested to close my account numerous times to which the emails just get ignored. Any other conversation and you will get an email straight away but not when you request your account to be closed. Thieves they just want you to get in trouble. There should be a responsible gambling section where you can just close it yourself.
