I would not choose any other food processor or blender than a Magimix.
They wonderfully designed making them easy to use and clean.
And they last many, many years without giving trouble.
Thank you Magimix.

I recently purchased the Magimix Blender 4 Premium from Magimxi on October 10, 2025, for £229.98.
Less than a month later, while still well within the standard return period, I noticed the exact same blender had dropped in price to £198.98. The difference was £40.
I contacted customer service hoping for a simple price adjustment to avoid unnecessary hassle for both of us. I explicitly stated that if they could not honor the price difference, I would be forced to return the brand-new unit for a full refund and immediately purchase a replacement at the lower price, utilizing their own policy.
Despite this clear cost-saving option, the customer service team refused to issue the small adjustment, citing a rigid policy. They forced me to go through the entirely wasteful process of returning an item only to re-purchase it, creating unnecessary shipping, restocking, and labor costs for the company, and inconvenience for me.
This demonstrates a severely flawed and anti-customer policy. I am disappointed that Magimix values a rigid rule over common sense and customer retention. I will think twice before making another large purchase here.

Magimix continues to design and manufacture quality products in Europe. Their customer service is excellent.
I had an issue with one of the items included with the food processor I bought recently, so I contacted them and they sorted my problem by sending me a new part straight away.

A part was gone missing for a 7 year old blender, and they send it the next day without further questions

Blends protein shakes very well.
Bloody loud.
Quiet mark is hilarious in its irony.
But then I knew I was mad thinking there could be a quiet blender!
My previous ten year old, Philips blender was actually lower in volume than this magimix.
Wouldn’t recommend. Get something cheap and cheerful.
It’s just blending.

I ordered a grinder after listening to the chatbot, but it did not fit on the food processor that I have and Magimix refunded the purchase price very quickly.

I have had my Magimix Juice Expert for 1 month. On Saturday, I was using it for just the second time to juice some apples that I had spent 2 hours picking in our garden.
Our process is to juice enough apples to fill one bottle, then stop the machine, fill the bottle, clear out the filter, and repeat.
After filling 6 bottles on Saturday, the machine would not restart. It made a loud buzzing noise, and began to smell of burning. With the machine switched off, but still plugged in to the mains, it continued to get hotter, to the point that it became too hot to touch. I unplugged it and took it out to my porch. It remained hot for well over an hour.
After apologising to my wife for choosing a Magimix and the time we had wasted picking the apples, I filled out the online Magimix form explainging what had happened.
Below is the text of their response this morning:
Hello
Please see page 3 instructions for use Juice Expert
"The appliance is fitted with a thermal Failsafe that automatically stops the motor if it has been running for to long or it is overloaded."
The running time of a Magimix Juice Expert 3 is 15 mins
However as this is just buzzing, it sounds like the Capacitor (which sets the speed of the motor) has stopped working.
Please send the machine to our service agents for repair following this link BBS LTD repairs

Maybe I am old fashioned, but I have to say I find the tone of this email both rude, unhelpful, and spectacularly unapologetic. Not even using names is incredible.
If you follow the link, you go to a repair agent website that fully supposes that the machine is out of warranty. It goes on about postage cost and sending me quotes for the repair. It does not say if I should send the whole machine, or just the (very heavy) motor unit.
To be honest, I wouldn't know how to begin packing up something so heavy. It can't just go in a cardboard box with newspaper stuffed around it.
For 15 years, my previous Magimix Duo worked faultlessly, and I had the impression that Magimix considered itself a high quality and customer driven company.
In all respects, right now, I could not be more disappointed.
I have not fallen in love with my magi mix yet. I do find it cumbersome. The mini bowl is very awkward to lift in and out and I am not sure what the advantage of the midi bowl is. It’s early day and I have not used it for many things yet. The motor is very powerful and it does work quickly - I think with time I will be very happy with it

I was busy saving up to treat myself to a magimix to replace my much cheaper food processor. But then it stopped working so I bit the bullet and ordered the 4200xl with the extra discs. I have not a single regret. I have used it at least once a day, for example today I made hummus, and bread rolls for lunch and a banana bread, and I just made pizza dough for dinner. Everything is so much more amazing than my old brand. The hummus is smooth and creamy. The bread dough is way better than made by hand and so quick. Its also much quieter than my old processor. It feels sturdy and strong and I have tried most of the attachments. Grate a whole block of cheese in seconds! Easy to clean up too. I have arm pains and find normal cutting and grating leaves me very tired but now its a breeze. Thank you Thank you! (Merci beaucoup)

This processor was a present for our daughter as we have had magimix appliances for over 30 years and not once has one let us down. Would not even consider looking at another brand. They are simply wonderful and well worth the money.

A brand new Magimix, first attempt at using. All I'm trying to do is beetroot homous in the small bowl, it's not working properly. I've had a magimix before, so it's really not like I don't know what I'm doing - but that was very different to this one. It didn't manage to even get the homous smooth - there's still an entire garlic clove in there, and now it's stopped working completely. This is going back to the shop immediately. Besides the fact that I've now got a bowl full of half made homous, the machine itself feels insubstantial and plasticky, feeling like it's going to break when I try to lock it on. - it's horrible. i'm going to have to get another processor. What on earth have magimax done, to what used to be a great machine? Terrible. I can't even make my cheesecake now. No stars, if I could...
Following Magimix reply below, I'd like to add that I was making a tiny quantity of homous, using cooked (soft) beetroot, and cooked chickpeas. I've had a magimix before, and this is how I used to make it, with no issues. That my new machine stopped working on it's very first go would indicate that something has changed, along with the infinitely more plasticky feel to it. You literally have to wrench the bowl to the right, to get it to lock on properly - that's not going to last long before it breaks. I see that as of December 2024, they are no longer in control of their own company, which often means that quality comes second to an increased drive for profit. Maybe that's the problem, maybe not. Either way, going off this experience, they're certainly not as good as they used to be.

Great machine, very sturdy. I have had the Magimix for about 3 weeks now and have tried various things - kneading bread dough, grating vegetables, making soup and mayonnaise, chopping onions, etc. - and every time I was very pleased with the result. I feel this was a purchase for life.
The only thing it doesn‘t do, which I hadn‘t thought about before, is mix cake batter, so still need a hand mixer for that.

My Magimix arrived promptly- well packaged and no issues so far. I have used the Julienne disk and the small blade and main blade. It has certainly made a difference in salad preparation- so beautifully cut and rapid! The blended materials are superb ( cashew cheese and date balls) so smooth and quickly achieved. Very happy so far - seems to be worth the cost so far.

Send an email last week stating that my magimix processor not working. Jenny from magimix send an email back to me asking for more details. Communication was really good, and I sent my broken parts to them 5 days ago. I received update from Jenny yesterday, saying my magimix is fixed and new attachments supplied . What a quick and professional service. Thank you Jenny and thanks to your engineers! 😊

I recently bought a cook expert which made a slight rattling noise on first unboxing. Unfortunately it seems that maybe it was placed down heavily(?) in transit as one or two of the screws that holds the base were not working (base came away at the back).
I contacted UK support at support@magimixuk .zendesk.com. Within a couple of days Jenny contacted me and arranged for a courier to pick up the CE and a replacement was sent within the week.
Great service and thanks again to Jenny who sorted everything out.

This is no reflection on the blender I received on 16th July, more the slow unhelpful customer service. I purchased the Blender 4 bundle with cups and mill. The website (and individual packaging that it comes in) clearly shows they are all seamless glass. I ordered the bundle version solely for the glass cups as my previous Ninja ones were plastic and debris gets caught in the seams. The items arrived (pic on the outside shows glass seamless) but on opening I have been sent plastic seamed cups which are no where on there website. My gripe is I reported this asap clearly explaining, I received a reply saying it was forwarded as feedback. After a week of nothing I wrote again re-explaining the whole issue and asked when I would be sent the correct cups.....I had a reply recently to say they won't be sending them as they are glass?
So since emailing a few times since the 16th July I have no further help. I am surprised at the lack of customer service as Magimix itself is a good brand and the customer service needs to listen and understand the issue.
