Received a fabulous product and service from Magimix, customer service is excellent. The 5200XL is a superior machine, having tried a few others in my many years, this is high end. Sturdy build, super fast. The capability and diversity of the food preparation makes this straightforward and easy to cook. A joy to have.
Cannot recommend this highly enough.
Great communication from the service team, instant replies/solutions to my queries.

The lid of my food processor has just cracked. This is the second one I have needed since purchasing my food processor. This time Magimix has said I need to purchase a whole new bowl set!

Jenny was great at resolving my issue - she kept me informed of the repairs at each step of the process and I had a fixed blender in 8 working days.

Recently bought a new Magimix food processor but had problems registering it for guarantee purposes. Contacted Customer Services and the problem was sorted both swiftly and efficiently by Lesley who is a member of the team. Thank you so much. Looking forward to making the best use of my new processor and saving time and effort in the kitchen.

I’ve recently had an excellent customer service and repair experience following on from my magimix breaking down under warranty, which was a number of years after purchase. All is working again perfectly. Customer service and repair was all very speedy and efficient. Incredibly I received the machine back the day after I sent it in. I guess the problem must have been relatively simple to put right, but still what a turnaround time! Customer service checked in with me afterwards to make sure all was well, and was generally very friendly and helpful. I’m more than happy and very thankful.

Irresponsible, irresponsive customer service team. No accountability or desire to help customers. Just happy to make a sale.

A couple of years ago I purchased "Magimix Juice Expert 3" here in Iceland. Not long ago, a few plastic parts under the juicer's lid used to press down a fruit on the cone broke and fell off. Considering the price and function of this product, the plastic lid should have the quality to not break from pressing a citrus fruit.
I understand that manufacturing faults can happen even among the most high quality products so I reached out to the international customer service. The man I spoke to was quite unpleasant and assumed I was pressing the lid's level arm too hard while having no fruit on the cone. He did not believe me that the parts broke from simply pressing a soft fruit and so he refused to replace the lid for me.
Apart from this experience, considering the price, I would still not recommend this product. Although the cone works quite well, the juice extractor holds very little and stops when full, meaning, if you want to juice bigger amounts, from time to time you'll have to empty the extractor to continue which makes it inconvenient and simply adds more time and work.

Disappointed in the Magimix 4200XL. I was given this by my husband for Christmas thinking it would be amazing as the reviews are excellent.
It’s ‘meh’ at best. Not the superior product I was anticipating.
1 Blending Performance: The blender does not blend properly. Despite following the instructions and using appropriate ingredients, the results are consistently lumpy. We mainly bought this for smoothies, and they’re mainly ‘lumpies’.
2. Incorrect Slicing: The 4mm slicing attachment produces slices that are only 2mm thick, which is far from the specification stated.
3. Design Flaws: When using the top bowl, most of the contents spill into the other bowls, rendering the top bowl essentially redundant. Even with a small liquid volume (approximately 20% of capacity), significant spillage occurs from the top bowl; approximately 80% ends up in the bottom bowl making the blender unsuitable for its intended use.
We’re now outside of the 14 day returns period and I’m left with this useless junk.
AVOID.

Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience with Magimix recently, despite their customer service being very friendly and polite, and have been left £300 out of pocket. Would not recommend ordering directly from Magimix.
Magimix does not organise returns of their products, for any reason. In my case it was a gift bought by an elderly relative who didn't realise I already had one, brand new and in the box. However, this would also apply if you had bought a faulty product, say, or they had sent you the incorrect item.
Because of the size of their products, there's limited (one) options for return couriers, and the only return courier I found able to take a parcel of this size - original packaging - didn't have insurance options for electronic good and then 'lost' the parcel.
Despite being very responsive and friendly, Magimix washed their hands of the whole situation, leaving my elderly relative out of pocket by £300. A very disappointing experience all around, and certainly one we wouldn't have experienced with a different company. I'd love to give them one star for this, but as they refused responsibility rather than 'losing' the parcel themselves, I don't think it warrants as low a grading as the courier/thief.

Bought a Magimix two months ago, a part is broken already, contacted customer support by email only as they no longer accept phone calls, firstly this alone is frustrating, a large company cost cutting by removing a phone line for customers.. The email i got back was to call another company who supplies parts, at a cost? Sorry but this should have a 30 year guarantee & i shouldn't be advised to pay for the parts.

My 13 year old magimix 4200 food processor developed a motor fault.
I emailed the customer service team. I received a helpful reply within 24h. After confirming the original purchase receipt, magimix agreed to fix the machine under warranty (they have 30y motor warranty).
I have today received a fully repaired food processor, only 5 days after I sent it back.
Fantastic warranty, customer services and repair service. Thank you.

I’ve been using the Cook Expert (CE) for a few weeks now and find it amazing.
Choose the CE over other brands because the build quality looked very good and does not disappoint, it just so well built! The stainless steel parts are super easy to clean seem to take wear very well (actually have used a lot since buying!)
Operating the CE is very easy, the programmes are reasonable and you can change according to what you are cooking. I prefer having control over the cooking process so actually like the fact that I input the info on the machine myself.
I would like to have a touch screen rather than the side buttons but that is just my own preference.
The food processor really speeds the cooking process and the vegetables come out very well.
Comparing the with other (very well know) brands it compares very well if not better considering the build quality. And you get free use of the app, which you can't say for the most expensive competitor...
It's not the most quiet, especially at very high speeds but it's not something that bothers me during use.
I've registered as well as you get an extended warranty to some parts which is also very good.
Overall a great experience all together!

Magimix require you to give them unnecessarily invasive personal data like your telephone number to buy anything and then don’t offer a way for you to delete your account, other than through a drawn out process of correspondence, that has for me yet to achieve Magimix deleting my data. Even to change my data didn’t work on their error strewn system (they keep your old data anyway for dubious reasons). Deliberately making deletion time consuming and stressful is undeniable proof of a company that doesn’t care about their customers, they’d rather sell your data to marketers and leave you vulnerable to leaks, and so are completely untrustworthy.

Not a great machine in my opinion . Lacks functionality and design.
Doesn't chop well if thats what you want to do with it.
Sliced and grates fine but if you want to chop vegetables this is not for you as this purees them like baby food. The large bowl is difficult as it needs to be emptied between each half onion to avoid puree. Personally I regret this purchase and wish I bought another brand. Severely lacking in functionality.

I needed a replacement lid for a mini grinder bowl, and was quickly referred to a trusted supplier of Magimix spare parts. The part was received in a few days, and has brought a rather old but much loved appliance back into action for a fraction of what it would have cost to replace.

Further to my complaint about the spindle collar that has broken on 3 successive models that I bought abroad where I now live, unlike the UK one that lasted for years, I must say that this last machine has been repaired and I received a phone call from the local Magimix people to check.on my situation who also gave me potentially useful advice - to start with the pulse button if the mixture is at all heavy and then move on to the auto button. Let's hope it helps! And special thanks to the wonderful Jenny!

I emailed Magimix because of a minor problem with the large mixing bowl of my food processor. I received a very pleasant response from Jenny the next day asking for further details, which I was able to send. This resulted in an immediate offer to replace the bowl.
When I bought my food processor a few months ago, I wanted a robust make which would last and give good results. I am delighted with it on all counts.
I now realise that with that has come excellent customer service too.
I am so glad that I choose Magimix.

Here’s a more polished version:
I’m experiencing an issue with a unit that makes a loud noise when making dough. I reached out to customer service, but the response I received wasn’t helpful. I’m surprised that, despite the high cost of the product, there’s no phone support for technical or customer service issues. Additionally, the email replies take a couple of days, even though I respond immediately. I’m very disappointed with the service.
