I had to change bowls and blades on my Magimix. I accidentally ordered the incorrect bit on which to fit a small bowl. This was immediately replaced and I returned the incorrect part. But when returning it, I accidentally included a small computer connection for my mouse. They spotted it and returned it to me--by recorded delivery! Above and beyond the usual Costumer Service! Thank you.

My Magimix Blender Power 5XL had a fault after I year of use. I contacted Customer Support who were very helpful. I sent my blender to the service centre who diagnosed the fault and replaced the motor with a brand new one under the 30 year guarantee. No fuss, no quibble just a brilliant service and now I have my awesome Power Blender back in action. Amazing customer service and warranty.

I bought a blender as a gift and after a short period it appeared to develop a fault. As the purchaser I contacted customer service who suggested what the issue was likely to be, but confirmed that the item could be returned for inspection by an engineer. However the fault didn’t appear again when used subsequently, the customer service advisor has been very supportive and made it clear that they will arrange a return of the blender for repair if necessary in the future. It’s very refreshing to be able to have direct contact with a person and not a chat bot. Thank you.

Sadly this product is not fit for purpose or in my opinion, as advertised. I have struggled to make smoothies with it (even using the smoothie device it just goes everywhere and you are left with a bitty blended mess). Same for veloute.
The smaller bowl that you put inside the bigger bowl leaks whatever you are blending in to the big bowl so you have to wash them both, even if only using one.
It is very clunky, difficult to wash and takes up a lot of storage space.

Avoid buy anything from Magimix if you can, the key components are plastic they are not eco friendly and the locks etc break easily. For the smaller jars you need to insert all three jars into the machine. The worst thing is that you get charged to return it, £27 to be exact. Avoid Avoid Avoid

We have a few magimix items, we use the blender every day for making nut milk, and it’s a fantastic item!
We also have the food processor while unfortunately after a couple of uses the motor broke! However on emailing customer services (which replied very quick) we were asked to send the unit back so it could be tested. On sending it back we assumed it would take a few days if not a week, BUT the next afternoon we received an email to say the engineers report confirmed the motor had failed, a new one had been put in and it would be sent out…the next morning there it was on the door step. Outstanding, amazing customer service and actual people on the other end of the email
Not automated…. Bonus!
Thanks magimix will continue to purchase you items, may be a little extra to pay but without a doubt you get why you pay for.

What a pleasant surprise! Fast response to my email, helpful advice and a phone number to call for further help. My call was answered on first ring by a real person! Within 5 minutes the problem with my 4200 had been diagnosed and a replacement part identified, bought and delivery sorted. I'd buy any product supplied by these people, confident of a professional and human response should anything need follow up.

Customer service calling me STUPID
The product is ok. I think I have been unlucky with my unit and had to sen it to repair twice.
I would not buy the product again to avoid their poor customer service.
See below copy of part of the email received from their customer team calling me stupid.

“No probs, it really is stupid to keep coming in to us on new tickets, it just makes everything more complicated.”
The apology response I received to this emailing even more alarming.

“I hope this email finds you well. I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the email you received earlier, which contained content not intended for your eyes.”
Which means it’s ok and seems to be the norm within the customer care team to call their clients stupid.

Many thanks for the prompt and efficient response to my query.
I have always felt that Magimix was a very good brand and this action reinforces that view .
Rest assured that I will look to buy Magimix products in future and recommend the brand to friends and family.
From the date of my query to receiving back a repaired product less than two weeks.

Extremely responsive and pro active customer service.
The lid of my Magimix broke whilst using it. It was within warranty and the customer service team at Magimix replaced the lid without any trouble (they pro actively searched for the serial number to prove it was within warranty as I no longer had the receipt).
Great service!

I made an online general enquiry - should I buy new or buy replacement parts? My 16-year-old 4100 has never let me down, but the main bowl and lid are looking worse for wear. A speedy, friendly and helpful email from Jenny convinced me to buy replacement parts. I've just ordered a set that includes bowls, discs, blades, etc for a very reasonable £95. We live in a throwaway society and I'm pleased to be prolonging the life of my trusty workhorse! Here's to the next 16 years - it'll probably out-live me!

Wow! I agree with Fatima's review. My food processor came back so quickly I thought the switch depressed in transit. I was annoyed, no engineers report? So what would I do if it happened again? Jenny came back with a report and top tip i.e. WD40 sprayed on a cloth, NOT on the switch. Customer service went from 0 to 10. Great customer service. Well done to Jenny and the team at Magi mix.

My Blender went kaput. Emailed Magimix. Jenny (Magimix) put me in touch with BBS ltd. Dropped it off at BBS. I was notified that it was fixed. All this happened within a week. Absolutely excellent service from both Magimix and BBS ltd. from beginning to end. I could wax lyrically for ever. Well done folks

Jenny dealt with my blender problem quickly and efficiently. She also answered my questions helpfully when I was initially choosing which products to buy.
My repair was done very quickly and my blender is now back in situ.
I have no complaints at all.

I have a 400xl food processor. It has a 30 year motor guarantee and it stopped working. It was then that I found out that Magimix does NOT have a 'phone number. Contact has to be by message only. I sent a message that explained my situation and asked for advice as to next steps. I eventually received an email asking what my problem was!!! I replied that it was clearly explained in my message and to please read it. I have not heard from Magimix since. To summarise, their appliances are all well and good unless you have a problem, they need a customer services phone line.
Incidentally, I could NOT find an option for a "call-back" on their website, perhaps someone at their end could tell me where it is!
