I was in a situation that required contacting Magimix Customer Service. I was greeted with Jenny who replied to all of my messages in a timely manner and resolved my issue with 100% satisfaction. I have been enjoying the use of Magimix products for over 14 years now and love that they use Healthy Stainless Steel instead of plastic. Thank you Jenny for restoring my faith in Magimix.

I reported a small issue to Magimix - just to give some feedback on their product. I was astounded at the level of customer service I received.
Investing in quality is certainly worth it and I fully intend buying the Magimix version of any product they make in the future.

I must admit it looked "as usual" but I have this food processor for a number of years and it is surprisingly good. I was expecting it to break in a year or two, but it is as good now like 10 years later as it was on day one.

I contacted Magimix because a small part of my Blendcups had failed after repeated use. I found their customer service to be outstanding, with the lovely lady (Jenny) who dealt with my issue keeping me informed of her progress at every stage.
Along with the unparalleled quality of their products - I have both blender and food processor - Magimix’s service is what you expect and more from the world’s leading small appliance manufacturer and gives me confidence that I have made the best decision in purchasing from this excellent company.
Thanks Jenny.

My Magimix 5200 XL felt like a big investment, but I have a strong desire to live more sustainably and that includes investing in long-life products I have been really pleased with the decision. I make frittatas for lunches all the time with a wide range of veggies from our Oddbox and it makes it quick and easy. It wouldn't take long to pay itself off if you're replacing bought lunches or preprepared foods. It also does a great job on soups, (fill it less for liquids than solids though! Check the book, it's not just recipes ;) pesto, grating, and whisking. I have the dicing and julienne attachment as well, and they do what they say on the box.
The kit is well designed to fit together, along with its box for the bits and bobs. Really clever design.
I had an issue with the plastic in one of the bowls, which I can only assume was some kind of dishwasher malfunction - its not clear what happened. Despite it not being a warranty issue (I asked for advice rather than for a replacement) they have offered to help me out replacing the part. I am so impressed by the friendly and timely customer service. I hadn't known anyone with a Magimix or had one myself before this, but next time I need a product in this space, I will look for Magimix.

It was really easy to order my new Magimix FP through your spares division - it arrived beautifully packaged, with my requested free extra blade pack. Am thrilled with it - and really don't need any of my other small kitchen machines now - there are so many different options on the FP 5200 XL (in Satin). I know that you don't do dust covers any more, but I like to put one on my FP, and thankfully, the cover to my old Cuisine Systeme 5000 fits the new one perfectly. Absolutely thrilled with it - and having used it for the first time over the Bank Holiday weekend, it makes wonderful pastry, shreds veggies a treat (for coleslaw etc) and liquidises soup perfectly!

A friend of mine gave me her unwanted 20 year old wedding present of a MagiMix 5100 Food Processor several years ago - which immediately retired some cheaper and unloved pieces of kitchen kit. I replaced the spindle and purchased an upgrade kit so effectively now have a 5200XL Food Processor for less than £100. Well worth the investment. It gets used daily and makes life SO much easier.
I was then inspired to replace various sub standard blenders with the new PowerBlend 5XL. Serious game changer. Soups and batters, smoothies and shakes, all turn out a treat. Yet another thing that gets used daily and is worth its weight in gold.
Absolutely worth the money and certainly a superior build quality to some of the other bits of “fashionable” kitchen kit which have made money for charity via the medium of donation.

I received my new Magimix 5200XL yesterday as a replacement for my old one. I've already grated cheese, sliced vegetables, made cookie dough, and cheesecake filling!
I love this machine. My mother used one, and so I bought one when I was first married. It has lasted me 36 years. Unbelievable!
I highly recommend Magimix food processors. They are just so reliable. Personally, I won't use anything else and, while they're expensive, they're definitely worth the investment.

I have a 4200XL and had some issues with it. I contacted Magimix support and they have been so great about it. They requested that I send them a video of the issue, saw that there was indeed something wrong with the machine, arranged pick up themselves and fixed the machine.
The whole process took less than a week, they were so prompt to help and very caring.
I would definitely recommend their products to anyone.

I've been using Magimix gelato expert ice cream makes for 3 years, and 2 weeks ago it just stopped freezing. Magimix support told me by phone that probably I need to regas the machine, and that they don't do it, but they have another company that does and gave me the contact.
That company replied that they are very busy and won't be able to help. I came with it back to Magimix, and got the response like "well, what can we do... You should find someone willing to fix it yourself". It's definitely not the level of support I expect from 500GBP ice cream maker producer

My 8 year old Magimix 4200XL developed a fault with the motor unit. Magimix support were very responsive and fixed the fault quickly.
Kudos to a company that offers a 30 year warranty on their motor and honours it without quibbling.

This is a review of magimix cuisine 5 200xl I got 3 or so years ago from my lovely husband. I absolutely hate it! It doesn’t do anything it suppose to do. Every time I take it out and try to chop, make soup or knead dough is just not working ! Just now I try to make short pastry and it span around without managing to combine the dough at all !
I can’t express how disappointed I am with this expensive product which just makes me so so so angry as my husband paid a lot of money for it. I would suggest to avoid it at any cost!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The only customer service lady (whom I cannot name name here) is the most unhelpful person and is behind her desk somewhere telling me what the issue with the product is without even seeing the faulty food processor and not being qualified to this. Also, she has spent sometime lecturing me and blaming me of not using it properly. I had used the food processor for nearly two years and had no problem till now. Even though the product has guarantee she would refuse to organise and pay for the shipping. Worse than this she sent me a link to a list of curriers she has "agreement with". This companies charge absurd prices. I asked her how does she expect me to pay nearly £100 pounds for shipping a product that costs £500.
Luckily enough I found DPD and they charged me £7 for what her "choosen companies" where asking nearly £100. I am now hopeful the product with be repaired. I certainly will not recommend Magimix products for their poor customer service. I have also sent an email to Magimix France to make them aware of what is going on with their customers here.
As you can see the reply to my review received from the same lady just proves how appealing Magimix Customer Service is.
She does her job so badly that she has sent our item to our very old address, even though she has been informed of our new address.

I have been using my Magimix Cook Expert non-stop for 10 months now. What a beast, what a star, what a life style changer. Nope, I am not exaggerating. I no longer have to buy mass produced under developed bread - I bake my own bread every week therefore knowing exactly what goes into it. I use the CE every day. Bechamel sauce; bread; mixing cakes; soups (just chuck everything in, really); risotto; CUSTARD; steaming chicken enmasse; meringues like I have never produced before with photo to prove it; curry; stir frying; even make my own pasta (easy peasy) I won't go on but these are the things I do regularly. It is a joy to interact with. I'm currently planning a small kitchen extension and top of the criteria is that the Cook Expert is the one piece of equipment that will sit permanently on the counter top. Always to hand. It and my oven are great friends and work in unison when required. You can probably tell I am happy 😬

I asked for the USB update for the Cook Expert via email and I had an email back to say it was being sent and it came in a couple of days. Update worked without any issues.

I purchased a Magimix 5200XL Premium food processor in July 2021. I absolutely love it and use it nearly every day. I therefore decided to treat myself to the Cook Expert. This is a sturdy piece of kit and also used daily, with fantastic results.
I contacted customer services recently regarding the software update for the Cook Expert. They were brilliant, and sent me the update on a USB.
Fabulous products, and fabulous customer service. What more could you ask for.

I've had my Magimix Cook Expert for a while now & the solid, robust build quality - far better than the gimmicky & very plastic German competitor. I have had 2 software updates that have added new features & I wouldn't be without my CE. The temperature control is so precise the CE is perfect for sous viding - my go to way of cooking steak now.
