The photo of product I ordered was beautiful, unlike the cheap object I receive.

It is very moisturising for a foundation and when I put it in it feels more like a moisturiser rather than a foundation and it is very light I have to put a darker foundation on over the top. So a little disappointing to be honest

Ordered a birthday card which arrived two weeks after the birthday. Asked for a refund which they agreed to but insisted I pay for the return postage of the card

Terrible product. My cocker spaniel distroyed in minutes.

I ordered my items arrived late. Items too small. I have send numerous emails to return not had one response. What can I do. Fyi... Do not order from this company. Absolutely disgusting customer service 😡

Wouldn't even give 1 star ordered buy one get one free didnt get the free one and got the white face paint it's disgusting when I complained they offered me £1 back and had taken 17.85 our of my bank AVOID DO NOT GET

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I ordered clothing in my size and was supplied with items that were nowhere near western sizing when l complained l was told l got what l ordered. I asked for a refund they offered £2 and told me to give the items to someone l knew! Their sizing is based on Asian standards and really do not cater for western sizes despite what their website says. Do not be fooled.

Waited forever for delivery and once arrived it’s like white face paint! Nothing like the video - doesn’t blend at all well and absolutely stinks of chemicals, not going on my face that’s for sure tested on the back of my hand and it’s burning and itchy - AVOID

Supposed to be buy one and get one free, which I didn't get but don't even mind cause it's awful. Ordered a medium colour and it's white and even makes you face white. It doesn't spread it's terrible. Would not recommend. Only just tried it on and my face is itching already. What a waste of money. DO NOT BUY

Disaster of a company. First of all charged me twice for delivery. Had to contact to get refund. Then item arrives and the order clearly states I ordered light/medium and was sent deep. They offered me £2 refund so I’m out of pocket £11. Disgusting behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

They also overcharged me but I spotted it the same day and they refunded the difference back saying it was a technical issue!

At best a moisturiser, no sign of colour change or coverage at all. Don’t waste your money. Also was overcharged from the amount shown, so I asked for my order to be cancelled and for money to be refunded, but they only returned the overcharge and still send out the order! Wrote a one star review on their site, it was there for a minute and then magically disappeared never to be seen again, but surprise surprise all the 5 star reviews were still there! Absolutely disgraceful site.

I ordered a pair of leggings and used the size guide to get the correct UK size. I read up about the Company who said they were an American family company.
When the leggings arrived they only went from my hips to top of my calves! The return address on the packaging showed that they came from a UK warehouse. They insisted that I should have returned them to China and refused to give any refund. So lost my money for the item and the return postage! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

There should be a 0 star rating, my item finally turned up after 6 weeks and I’m actually embarrassed for them that they have the nerve to send products this bad, the material is the cheapest most awful material, I’ve seen dog blankets with better material, the size was wrong, the print is off centre, I can’t believe they send this stuff out! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I’ve ask numerous times for a refund but they are just fobbing me off! Defo a bunch of scammers

I should have read the reviews before ordering such a rubbish product, I cant think of anything else to add that hasn't already been written. Avoid at all costs it is a scam and doesnt work.
