If I could give no stars I would. The product colour changing foundation does not work all it is is a cheap moisturizer. The product isn't even the same as in the advertisement. They will not give you a refund all they offer is £4. Don't waste your money as it's a scam and to many people are falling for it.

Ordered some eyeliner. Received an empty parcel. Customer services is a joke. Can’t seem to understand the parcel is empty so it’s pointless returning it.

The colour changing foundation is an utter scam. Not even a decent moisturiser , let alone a foundation! Save your money and go into a physical shop.
They took more than the order value, when I queried it, they refunded the overcharge. Took WEEKS to come and it’s nothing more than a cheap lotion.

I fell for all the hype on fb unfortunately. Anyway, you should know that it does absolutely NOTHING! No better than a cheap moisturiser. Zero colour, zero effect! Avoid unless you want to throw your money away as I have 😡

I purchased the colour changing foundation a month ago after seeing a very convincing demo video ad on FB. Ladies, please do not believe these fake demos. Upon paying, I was charged £19 when it should have been just over £14. I enquired why I had been overcharged and was advised there had been an issue on their system and they refunded the overpayment. I waited almost a month for my goods. They arrived yesterday and to my disappointment after such a long wait, the cream turned out to be no better than a normal moisturiser with no colour toning at all. Do not waste your money and efforts, this company is run by a bunch of scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Would have given zero stars but couldn't. I ordered the colour changing foundation which took nearly a month to arrive and when it did it was rubbish....no colour whatsoever, may as well have been a cheap moisturiser. Don't waste your money!

Warning to anyone thinking of using this site. Watched the advert for steel strips for side of cooker. Two came as ordered guilty shocking.Nothing like they show on ad. Also not even right length as stated.
Probably scam.

Absolutely rubbish I’ve ordered from them 3 weeks ago and everything I received is email probably generated by IA and it looks like my parcel travelling around china for last 3 weeks. Since I asked for refund they stopped responding. Will report them and transaction to the bank I it’s definitely fraud

I ordered 2 tree ornaments for my granddaughters @ total cost £14.99
The next day I saw that my card had been charged nearly £19. I emailed the company and they apologised and refunded the difference. Over the next 9 days I had several updates which appeared to show my order travelling around the USA and Canada. Today my order reached US Customs! This is unacceptable. I have cancelled the order on the grounds of non receipt in a reasonable time and requested a refund. If this doesn't appear, I will initiate a charge back with my card provider.

Stupidly I did not read the reviews before ordering has been three weeks now and have still not received. I was also overcharged by £3.
Definitely do not order from this company.

Have eventually after a month received the goods ordered, haven't had time to test yet but does not look good. Also at ordering they added something to my order, I can't remember what it was but I didn't want it so canceled the order yet I have still been charged. It was only just over £3 but it is in their bank account instead of mine. I wish the reviews had been available when I was stupid enough to order from facebook, never again.

AVOID THAT COMPANY!! Absolute scammers!!! They charge more than the checked out price and when I tried to dispute it via PayPal they said it's service charges. I cancelled my order 20mins after I found out, to which they ignored my emails and despatched it anyway. I bought the foundation which was supposed to turn into my own skin shade - guess what it didn't!!! Load of rubbish and I feel scammed!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Avoid, avoid, avoid. They charge more money than quoted and then when you ask for a refund they state the items have already been dispatched! What 10 minutes after buying them?
Come on its ridiculous. I feel scammed and now I must wait for my goods that I don't want at a price I didn't expect either! Please don't fall into their trap people.

I received goods that were rubbish, far too small and material was trash. I asked for a refund they said I would have to pay to send items back for a full refund to a warehouses in China which was fine by me. They just kept offering £2, then £5 compensation. I refused and said wanted full refund and asked for address of warehouse in China but now they're not responding to my emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT DELIVER WHAT THEY SAY.

I made an order, but they took more from my account than the order amount, delivery, insurance and another +£4🙄. I immediately cancelled the order and asked for a refund. But they still sent the goods! Scammers, I absolutely do not recommend!

Bullshit company!! Overcharged me and took more money out than the order stated and then items never turned up!!
They don't respond to emails either!!
Please avoid as they are an absolute scam and I'm now £40 down with nothing but fresh air to show for it!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was overcharged today and have got nowhere with them. Once I knew about the overcharge from my bank I tried to cancel within 25 minutes of placing the order and they said it had been despatched. A likely story. If I could give no stars I would.

Magix-lives send out products that do not march their advertising. Products are poor quality, poorly sized, always coming up small. So beware when you contact them and complain they say the cost of returning the product outways it's value, they then suggest you give their product away to someone else, that's what you call support be very careful and don't waste your money on junk.
