Fantastic customer service.

I had an issue with the delivery and they reshipped the cables and adapters to me immediately.

Buy 3 magnets back In january and newer recive my item.
Write to the Company a many times but they not answer me.

I cannot stand having to deal with the charging of all of my devices and of seeing cords everywhere, always having to untangle the mess and the eyesore.
So ....

I LOVE your product so darned much! I saw a different company's charging system like this months ago, but it was about twice the price of yours, so I did not purchase it. I am glad I found yours. It works really well. I only gave it 4 stars, but that is my fault; I bought the Magnilink Ultra 240W charging cord with connectors, thinking that it would have the 360-degree pivot head that I had seen on the other mfg's product. It's fine though; I will just order one of the Magnilink cords that does have the pivot head. They are inexpensive enough that I don't mind having to buy another one.

It is so nice when something comes along that actually does its part to make life more organized and efficient. The world is not getting any less complicated thanks to all of the electronics we must deal with. Actually it's getting worse, and even more problematic. But we have Magnilink to thank for at least helping make our lives easier when it comes to the managing of all of these ridiculous devices that we think we absolutely must have in our lives, and their annoying charging cords all over the place.

Everyone in my life who I give gifts to is getting a Magnilink on their next holiday. The product does what it says, and does it at a decent price. They will love me for it :-) .

I have ordered product from this company but it is still showing as pending. It is going on 10 days that shipping has been pending so I reached out to them. So far I have sent them three emails, without receiving a response to the first. All I wanted to know is why it is taking so long for my order to ship? Since the company will not answer their emails I am reaching out to anyone that may know how to contact them. Has anyone else had this problem with this company?
There is nothing more frustrating to me than someone taking my money and not responding to my request as to why my order has not shipped yet when it was ordered on 1/18/25. That would not be a problem for me if they would just let me know what is going on.
This review is not for the product I have never received but the horrendous customer service I am having to deal with,

Products never arrived and no one responds to emails asking where they are. Initial tracking says “abnormal”
Then Australia Post is listed as the “last mile deliverer” and they’ve had it listed as “pending” for weeks. Saying they’re waiting on details from the sender.
I would not recommend this Company to anyone. They don’t respond to problems.

I have shopped at Magnilink on several occations, and am very happy with their products and services.

I was looking for a good magnetic charging cable for a long time, and burned through many variants before I stumbled upon Magnilink, and now I'm sticking to them.

I first tried the Magnilink 360MAXX, and to begin with I was happy with it, but I found the charging speeds varied some and the data transfer capabilities was not sufficient for me.
I then tried the Magnilink 360 PRO, and that is a completely different experience. Fast charge works perfectly, good data transfer, strong mangnet and I have yet to find a device that it does not work with. So I would strongly recomend the 360 Pro over the 360 MAXX.

I have yet to try the new Magnilink ULTRA, however, when the time comes to upgrade the old laptop to one with USB C charging capability, I'm definitely going to give it a try!

I did experience some issues with a few of my cables, and I contacted Magnlink. They were quick to reply, asked some questions regarding the issue and requested som pictures. Shortly there after, they sent me replacements for the faulty cables, free of charge. No hassle what so ever. Special thanks to Jonathan, for following up on the claim for the faulty cables.

The Magnilink cable has exceeded all my expectations. It's durable, charges my devices quickly, and the connectors fit perfectly even with my bulky phone case.

I hesitated at first, but I'm so glad I got the Magnilink cable. It's miles ahead of the competition. The fast charging, secure connectors, and sleek design make it the best magnetic charger I've ever used.

I've tried countless magnetic charging cables, but Magnilink stands out. The build quality is top-notch, and the magnetic connectors are strong and secure. Charging is super fast, and the cable is incredibly durable.

I was so excited about the idea of having a charging system for all my new and old devices, it seemed like a great idea, the problem is their product is defective in many ways, firstly the build quality is crap, and they will even try to sell you used or marked products that work intermittently, and only with certain products.
My whole experience was a complete nightmare and I wasted about $250 Australian dollars. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, SANITY AND TIME ON THIS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!

And now nearly 2 years later I get a reply from Magnilink saying their products are checked bla bla and if something does arrive looking marked or used to contact them so they can fix it.
I honestly think companies do these tactics because most people don't look that hard at products that are new and look new, it's only when theirs a problem and, they scrutinise the product, they realise it was probably a return of some kind they are trying to resell.
Why did it take nearly 2 years to reply.
when I contacted them initially, they begrudgingly sent me replacement products, but they only worked on something and most of my stuff is Apple and didn't work consistently
I also fund the magnets get clogged with bits of metal. I live near the beach on an old sand dune.I know most beach sand contains metal fillings so that could be the source.
Seems like a great idea, but in reality the magnetic connections seem to be the real problem.

Blew up 2 of my Nintendo Switch consoles and earbuds. Can't get in touch with them as they never respond. Wouldn't recommend. Replies to comments and says "can't find your order" despite me giving them my order number. Spent nearly $300 on this rubbish plus what I've lost in electronics.

I bought 3 for £27 and regret my purchase. Clearly not tested properly. 1) It’s hit and miss as to wether they charge or not. 2) The cables come away from the magnet too easily. 3) The tiny adapters are very hard to pull out of my devices. 4). The tiny adapters are too easy to lose and more hassle than they are worth. 5). One out of 3 did not work at all so I asked for a refund after testing thoroughly. No refund offered so I asked for 1 replacement. Still waiting……Avoid

Similar to the other reviews, worked great for couple of weeks before the connection starts to break down. Also paid a lot extra for the fast charging cable which didn't fast charge. Ended up just being a Rio off.

Does not work. Will not refund. Keep sending me inane emails like 'have you tried turning off and on your device'. Don't buy it, it's a scam.

Updating my review: they contacted me, said they'd give me a refund, wrote a response to my review here saying they've refunded me. They did not refund me but give me an 'account credit'. So they lied to me and on this review.

When the cables work, they are great. Unfortunately, a lot of time the cables do not work, or they will not charge. After a while the small connectors you put into your devices (especially the lightning ones) will stop working. I've bought 10 cables and had 2 replacements. One of the replacements didn't work on arrival.

Would not buy or recommend these cables.

I bought a Magnilink 360 charging cable starter pack. Product worked well for about 6 months, then charger end connector became sketchy, and f---d up the USB-C port on my laptop, too. Customer service unresponsive. Total scammers. Keep well away from them.
