Great experience

Great experience, magazine was coming up for renewal and within a few minutes it was renewed with just a few questions. No issues whatsoever, quick and responsive customer service.

The folks there were helpful and it was…

The folks there were helpful and it was fairly easy to take out another MAD subscription after my previous one expired. But it would be nice if you sent people notices that their subscriptions are about to expire so that they can renew before they miss any issues of the magazines. Either snail mail or e-mail would be fine,
