This was the first time I have used Mags Direct as D C Thomson have terminated their back number business. I found the website easy to find and use and the Beano arrived unfolded in perfect condition. Most impressed.

After I paid for the magazine, I received a message from Bpost (Belgian mail company), asking for a €25 customs fee. That would mean one single Olive Magazine issue would cost me €37. I will have to have it returned to sender. Is there any way I can get my money back?

I am not the type to leave reviews AT ALL nevermind one star but I have not received my order which was meant to arrive on 24th of SEPTEMBER. There is no where to file a complaint or request a refund on any emails and when I tried to use the website it said the owner of the website has blocked me?? Such a scam and had the audacity to send an email asking “how did we do?” you did awful give me my money back

Refund received after the review was posted.
I have pre-ordered the Good Food Christmas issue but then I realised the issue is included in my running subscription and hence I have cancelled the pre-order but not only I haven’t received the refund but I had no reply to my two enquiries asking for details about the refund. It looks to me this company is only interested in taking the money but not really interested in the level of service provided
