Delivery never arrived. Their web address for emails always returns as un able to connect. Thee is no published c/n so looks line I've lost my money on this purchase with no apparent way of getting in touch to get a refund!
28/03 still no direct reply from Mags Direct!
Have emailed them on the suggested address. No reply received at all. No other contact from them either.
Not happy with there service.

Ordered the Feb issue of BBC Sky at Night, arrived quickly and in perfect condition, a no hassle transaction. Only reason it got 4 and not 5 stars, is the rather pricey p&p. Not sure it cost nearly the same price as the magazine to post it from within the UK.

I have bought magazines from here several times
I have bought magazines from here several times. The order placed in January 2026 arrived correctly, as it should. There was a problem with the previous order placed in December 2025. I also left the corresponding feedback last time. MagsDirect's system showed that the magazines were available. I completed the purchase, but when the goods arrived, some of the magazines were missing. I sent several inquiries. It took over a month to wait for a response. The explanation was that the magazines were out of stock. MagsDirect refunded the money for the missing magazines, so that matter was also resolved. It seems to me that the response to inquiries is not very fast, it can take weeks, but eventually, when someone actually responds, things start to move forward. In conclusion, I would say that in general, it works. Based on my latest experience, I would say that I plan to buy more magazines from them.

very diappointed
When I ordered the magazines and asked for them to be posted to my home in France, no mention was made of Import Tax being paid. When I placed the order I paid £7.50 postage charge for two magazines, then had to pay another E10 import tax. I did email your company saying how disappointed I was that Import Tax had not been mentioned but you didn't have the courtesy to reply!!!

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the Import/Custom fee`s, we understand this can be frustrating. Sadly these fees are out of our control and have become much more complicated since Brexit as each country has set its own rates.
It does fully explain in the T&C`s on the site that any customs or VAT fees are the responsibility of the customer and that you will need to pay them before receiving your parcel.

Awful, never received my order have chased it and all I got was a link to Yodel who are about as useful as chocolate fire guard. Have gone back to MagsDirect to get a refund and just silence. Will not use again
