Yet to receive my order….

Yet to receive my order….

Ordered on the 16th December and paid for Express delivery assuming it would arrive in time for Christmas but as of yet I am still waiting. I have tried to contact twice to ask for the tracking reference but as of yet I have no had a reply. Fully appreciate that you need time to process emails especially during the Christmas period but I have now been sent two links asking to leave a review for a magazine which was a gift I still have not received.

Fault probably lies with the courier but someone needs to take responsibility and either resend the order or refund my money.

Bad delivery,yodel

The delivery company you used Yodel did not deliver to correct place but four neighbours away which was not instructed. Always use royal mail they know how to deliver

Magazine left in rain by delivery driver

The delivery driver left the magazine in the pouring rain outside someone else's house. Not the best service!

I did not receive the magazine I…

I did not receive the magazine I ordered and after two weeks and many emails the issue is still not resolved. Having ordered and paid Magazines Direct they referred me to another company to resolve the problem. They are now asking me for proof of payment despite them having adequate information to retrieve the information from their own records. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero.

I have just received a message from Magazines direct (23rd December) claiming my magazine was delivered 11th December but if the correspondent had taken the trouble to read the emails on the issue it would have been noted that I received the wrong magazine. That is the problem that is still not resolved

Favourite UK Christmas magazine

This was an expensive, but the only way to obtain a copy of this year's Good Food's Vegetarian Christmas in Canada. It took 12 days to arrive but I was delighted to see that it had been packaged in cardboard and had not been damaged in transit. I was expecting the worst as I had not received a shipping notification. Perhaps share a tracking number?

Very poor customer care

Only 2 magazines out of 3 I’ve ordered have arrived with no explanation as to where the missing one is.

Never recieved my order

Very disappointed to be honest

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 magazines at the same time but only one was delivered. I have messaged but no reply yet.
