Standing desk frame TH2 Pro plus
I was after a standing desk. The company got recommended by a friend. I was initially skeptical as there's no much information about the quality of products. I've ordered just a frame (th2 pro plus) with no top, as I need something wider that what they offer. The package arrived promptly. I was extremely heavy! I am quite pleased with the quality! The frame itself is width adjustable to some extent to incorporate wider tabletops. It has two motors, extremely quiet. All the functions I need - collision detection, standing reminder, memory modes!
I have no issues so far, multiple months of constant use. Hope it lasts!
I am now looking at the chair ... Anyone have opinions on it?
I am already recommending the desk frames to friends.

Faulty control panel
Initially very happy. The desk arrived in good time - it was quite complicated to put together but the instructions were clear. Initially worked well but after two months of use the face has come away from the control panel and it has stopped working. The chat function on the Maidesite website is not really a chat function but is rather a form from which the promise a response. I have sent in a query so waiting to see how the support goes - will edit review accordingly.

All round, just great!
I bought the T4 Pro Plus from maidsite and I love it. It's insanely stable and robust.
When I bought it there was actually an issue with the website in which one dimension was wrong. After realising this I contacted them and they quickly fixed the issue and comped me some accessories for my troubles.
All in all, they were just very nice and responsive and make a good product.

Great desk, much better than more expensive ones on the high street. Cracking customer service as well, they sorted out a problem with a part that arrived damaged quickly and with no fuss.

Maidesite's products are great and the service was exceptional.

Happy to report that despite needing to change the desk top due to the veneer cracking, customer services dealt with it immediately getting a new top out to me very quickly. I have been delighted with my desk and the flexibility it gives me working long hours, to look after my spine. Happily recommend it.

After 2+ years I was unfortunate to have the controller fail on my desk, however a quick email to the address detailed on the warranty section of their web site and a new one was sent out with no stress.
I had the replacement in my had within 5 days even over the easter break!
If only every company could provide a service like this!

Very Positive Experience - Despite other reviews
I ordered a desk for work last week that arrived promptly within 2 days. The only problem with the delivery was that I had ordered a black frame and a white frame was delivered. However, Maidesite emailed us soon after the desk was dispatched to let us know that an error had been made and that when the white frame arrived to let them know and they would organise an exchange.
I wasn't too bothered about the colour of the frame and asked if they would be willing to just do a partial refund instead? They were happy with that as a solution. This is where I was a bit cheeky and asked if they would be happy to send me out a couple of desk accessories that they stocked on their website instead of the cash refund and they were also happy with this solution. The extra parts arrived very promptly. There was an issue with the anti-collision system, but they sent a new controller unit with the accessories I'd asked for which arrived the day after we came to the agreement.
While I don't discount other reviews surrounding communications issues, I haven't had any issues with them. At first I had a little bit of panic when I placed the order and wanted to confirm a couple of details of the order, I contacted them around lunchtime and did not get any immediate reply on their online chat or via email, which is when I realised, they do not typically communicate within UK working hours, suggesting that their Customer Service team is not located in the UK. Which is fine. So if you are happy to communicate with them either early morning or late evening, you will get very swift replies. Otherwise you might just have to wait a day. So flexibility and patience pays off here.
Overall, While there were a couple of small speed bumps on the journey of purchasing this desk. Maidesite have been nothing but stellar with me, and I have had an extremely positive experience with them.
