The delivery was fast and it was super easy to install my new legs. I had an issue with the controller not being responsive, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was sent a replacement within a few days.

See also update below. Bought direct to save a few pounds but controls never worked properly. No phone number, no return address and just one email reply asking for details and silence thereafter. If it works then you are onto a winner, if not, then a waste of money. Get via Amazon if you don't want the risk.
Update: I did get a reply after Chinese New Year, with an apology and a replacement controller. The whole table now works fine. There was never a problem with the table build quality - which is excellent - and now the controls are working I am delighted with the purchase.

I got the black/walnut 180x80cm, you won’t regret buying it, WAY better quality than I expected for the price, and the standing desk functionality was top notch, works flawlessly, very smooth, doesn’t wobble even with a ton of weight on it. Looks amazing way better than the pictures

I love the desk, and the service was great until a point.

I have an issue with my control panel just deciding not to work - displaying an ASR error with the control panel flashing constantly.

Initially support was very good, responsive and happy to try and help me out. However, they went silent from my last email on December 15th. I initially thought this was just going to be because of the holiday period being busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I emailed them again, and again, and even tried their chat to no response.

I purchased the TH2 Plus Art and one of their wooden desktops. It is great, but the control panel issue means that this is now just a normal fixed height desk. I was lucky it didn’t get stuck in a standing position.

So here I am, a couple of months later with no resolution. They have no phone number so I can’t contact them that way, and their email is unresponsive. The only other thing I could do is go to their business address but this is quite far out of my way.

I am hopeful to get a resolution to this, and if I do I’d change this review to reflect that but until their support improves I can’t suggest other people purchase from here.

—Update—
After months of silence they responded today (14/02/2025) and 09:30, and proceeded to identify the potential issues and are going to be sending replacement parts. Will see if that fixes the issue.

--Final Update--
The replacement parts were shipped from China and arrived in around 14 days. I've installed the parts, and everything is back to being functional. Apart from the lack of communication, the support process was swift and helpful. The communication issues were most likely related to the Chinese New Year rather than anything nefarious.

Scam, they never answer, no email, no chat . Avoid

It is a scam. Once they get your money you won´t hear from them ever again. No response, no contact, nothing. Damn scammers

Customer service does not exist. I bought a desk which broke after 2 years. I tried to contact them but nobody is replying to my emails. Been ghosted for 2 weeks now. Avoid.

I bought a stand desk which did not work. The seller does not have a contact number. I emailed the seller many times but no response. Then I needed to throw away the desk. All my money for the desk was cheated away.

I've had a terrible experience with this company from start to finish.

My chair arrived in a condition where one mechanical leg had the wiring exposed and this was the case upon arrival. In this condition, I could not build the desk due this safety hazard; I also did not want to DIY it myself for the fear of making things worse and/or it getting worse in the future and potentially voiding any warranty claims.

I thought this reasoning was sound, and have since tried a plethora of times to contact the MaidesiteUK team, however their customer service presence is literally the worst I have come across. I'm baffled by their service. They have no contact number whatsoever on the site, which is commonplace now, sure; they have an online chat where you're often given an automated response that nobody is available, even during UK working hours -- I have tried the morning, lunchtime and the afternoon and it's more misses that hits -- when you do get through to them, after a brief exchange, crickets. No follow up, nothing.

No ability to send a transcript to yourself, no ability to even follow up via a ticket number, no email confirmation of any form of support request being acknowledged by the customer services team... is there even a team?

They also have an email address that does none of the above, and likely not even operated on the other side.

My order arrived on 30th November, so it has now not only been a month since I've tried contacting the team, it's now also been longer than the 30 day return policy stated in their T's and C's, due to the pruchase made on 20th November.

The fact that this has prompted me to create a Trustpilot account, to write my own review of this experience speaks volumes. I have used Trustpilot consistently at least for the last 15 years and have never felt inclined to do so, despite the inconsistent experiences one will clearly have with various companies over a given period of time.

I genuniely have no idea how to take this forward.

I am really disappointed in their service. Just over 15 days ago I ordered the electric desk. The order arrived only in half - I received the electric / the frame part, and the table top was missing. I have been trying to reach out to MaidesiteUK by e-mail, by chat in FB, chat on their site as they do not provide any telephone numbers... and only when I filled out the form on the website, did they respond. The response was that I should receive the table top "today" (on the day of correspondence), which never happened. And once again, I am faced with the fact that there is no easy way to reach them, they are not responsive, and I have been waiting for my order to arrive in full for a few weeks now. Very disappointing experience. At the moment, I am somewhat lost as to what to do next.

UPDATE: Finally I have the full order in my possession. So, the desk if of a great quality. I do enjoy it. So, I bumped up my rating from 1 to 3. I still wish the company was more proactive in resolving my issue, and more responsive to my e-mails. I am just surprised they have been using a delivery company that is SO bad. Time to switch for other options!

Desk arrived 2.5 years ago. Well made, does exactly what I want - easily works with a laptop and multiple monitors on the desk. Despatch time was very short.

Recently, some of the electronics that drive the desk stopped working. I reached out to Maidesite for spares, who helpfully told me it was still covered by a warranty, so they would not sell me spares, but instead despatched spares extremely quickly to solve my problem.

They were fast, friendly, efficient, and their customer service was excellent. Inevitably things sometimes break: the level of customer service to resolve my problem was first class.

Great product, great service, swift delivery

I recently purchased a desk from Maidesite, and overall, I am very impressed! The desk moves up and down quickly and quietly, which is perfect for a productive work environment. The bamboo surface adds a beautiful, natural touch.

However, I noticed a few areas that could be improved. During delivery, the desk surface got a bit damaged, so there might be room for better packaging. Also, since bamboo is quite a soft material, even dropping small objects like a keychain from a short height (5-10 cm) can cause slight dents. To prevent this, I started using a protective cover on the surface.

Despite these minor issues, I am still very happy with my purchase. The desk functions exceptionally well, and Maidesite provides an overall quality product!

I bought a T2 Pro standing desk which was delivered quickly, well packed and was easy to install. There are even fixings to fit your own worktop which I did due to the need for a specific size. The desk is easy to use, stylish and enables me to change my posture during the day. This had immediate effects on reducing my back pain.

Purchased the Maidesite T2 Pro, the legs feel extremely stable and setup was easy. Does exactly as described and delivery was quick. Would recommend!

desk frame arrived on time well packaged and being 4 legged enables me to have a large work desk without the inherent wobble of the usual design.

I like the fact the frame is flexible and allows me to have my own desktop to suit my own needs.

Purchased the S2 Pro Desk from Maidesite and it arrived well packaged although the plug for sit/stand motor was bent and unusable. I wrote to Maidesite support who got back to me very quickly and shipped a new replacement the next day without any further questions. They then followed up a few days later to make sure I received the package and that everything was working fine...which it was.

The desk is great. Easy to put together (I did it by myself but you might want two people as the heavy duty legs are heavy..which is a good thing in my opinion). It is quiet and fast to move to different programmable positions. All in all a great experience.

I have since purchased their EC2 chair which is great as well for the most part. I am a big guy (22 stone) and so finding a well priced office chair that supports that much weight is not an easy task. Usually the gas powered height adjustment just can't hack it. So far it has been great. Was easy to put together has great lumbar adjustment and great wheels that are smooth and easy to move around on. The only slight complaint I have is that the headrest isn't quite as adjustable as I would like. For me at least, I can't find a position where it sits comfortably for me to use. It is either too high, too low or sticks out too far. I think what it is missing is a tilt function perhaps but otherwise it seems very good to me.

I THEN purchased their PC under desk mount. This while perfectly fine didn't quite meet my needs (mainly due to it not fitting the dimensions of my case). I reached out to Maidesite and they was happy to refund me. The only slight qualm I have with that is that they did not cover the return cost which most companies do nowadays which was a shame.

Overall I would still give them a 4 star as for the most part they have been fantastic.

Ordered a T2 Pro frame late on a Tuesday evening with standard (free) delivery and arrived on Thursday... Top marks for delivery!

The frame is well made, sturdy and strong. I have a 2000x900x40mm solid oak desktop (it's pretty heavy), with 3x 27inch monitors on a triple arm mount, I am happy with the small (acceptable, hardly noticeable) monitor wobble using this frame.

Time will tell how long it lasts, but initial thoughts are looking promising.
