This is my first lifted table I have bought. It is very good quality and I am very happy with it.

Recently purchased an electric standing desk and am super impressed with it. The quality is fantastic and value for money. I am very glad I made the purchase and it was super easy to put together. I have one question on my monitor arm which Maidesite haven't responded on yet, so communication could be improved, but as far as physical product goes, very happy.

I've ordered a standing desk frame. It arrived fast, it's easy to assemble and works as expected. The quality feels good and it's very stable.

Fantastic service. I had an issue with the desk controller which had serverd well for 2 years but then suddenly somethng popped in it. I reached out to the customer support team and they sent me a replacement peice.

I absolutely love my new S2 Pro, in black! I opted for 140x70cm model.

I have been using it for approximately 1 month now, and it has made my home office so much more comfortable to work in. I'm actually writing this review standing at my desk right now!

If, like me, you're someone who feels like their posture or muscles tighten by sitting down all day - a standing desk will help you SO much. My legs already feel stronger, I lose weight more easily, and in general my back and hips feel a lot more loose.

The desk itself is beautifully sleek, spacious, and durable. Even at the maximum height (120cm), it requires a strong push to make it hardly wobble. I am 6ft 0in and I find that the maximum height is perfect for me. Anyone taller might need some more height, and in that instance I would recommend the S2 Pro.

I also want to mention that the Maidesite team are exceptionally helpful and supportive. Before buying the desk, I emailed them a series of questions about the different models available. They responded within 24 hours with answers to all my questions, and then helped me select the best desk for my needs.

Maidesite is a great company, with honest people, selling high-quality desks for everyone to enjoy.

They send me wrong parts, the top does not corresponds to the bottom of the model.
No response to now, ans the company with German webpage is located in China. No customer's service phone number.

I am trying to resolve an issue with a bowing table i have just bought. They don't have a phone number and the email address is not working again and no one responds to the online chat.

Although well packaged, one column of the desk I ordered does not work, as a result the table is not adjustable. Maidesite did send a replacement, after installing of which the other column then failed. Although the customer support is responsive, I fear there is a recurring problem with the desk motors and will likely request a refund as I cannot use the desk.

The most intelligent and compact packaging I have ever seen for such a large object. Very clear instruction. Took about 1.5 hour to build. The frame comes with a wheel, which was not clear in the description, came as a pleasant surprise.

I have been dealing with Carolyn at Maidesite, as I placed my order only to discover I had ticked the wrong box and ordered the wrong colour ooops! Carolyn very quickly responded to my panic email and resolved the issue with speed and professionalism. I always think It's never a problem to have a problem, it only becomes an issue if the solution isn't forth coming. I now have my item in the correct colour and I have already passed on Maidesite details to a friend. I'm a very happy customer.

Wanted to buy a desk with cable tray.
- they were unable to do this and want to sell me castors and draw which were not required. Surprised by their lack of flexibility!

Desk stand arrived quickly, well packaged, clear instructions and simple to assemble. I initially had an issue with the height it would raise to; but after reaching out to support, who were very responsive, I reset all height settings and everything worked as expected.
I'm so impressed with the product and support received.

Great after sale service two years down the line and my desk lifting mechanism failed. With no quibbles maidesite found the parts and shipped them directly to me.

Bought my new desk late on a Wednesday and arrived mid day Friday with good instructions from the delivery company. Excellent packaging to make sure there was no damage in transit. Instructions were very clear and easy to put together, which I was able to do on my own. Very sturdy and movement of desk up and down is easy with the memory controls. Very satisfied.

Great desks! Bought two one for me and one for my colleague, as I had ongoing back issues. Being able to stand and sit has made a huge difference to my pain, and all our clients love the look of it! I have a lot of kit on it which I am sure is NOT light but it rises and lowers really smoothly.

I have the larger desk so the space is fab - it DID take a little longer to assemble than it said in the instructions but then again I don't assemble a desk every day so was taking it carefully.

All in all, a great purchase!
