Really pleased with my purchase. I bought the Winawood Sandwick 3 seater bench. Straightforward to assemble, I’m a 71 year old woman and I managed it on my own. It is very comfortable and looks great. Looking forward to many years of maintenance free use. Very satisfied customer.

Purchased the Winawood 2 seater garden bench at a good price compared to other sites. Delivered on day specified. Haven’t assembled it yet so hopefully it will be ok. Have already got the table and chairs so know the quality is very good and durable.

Always something not in stock or part delivered… they have you as a customer £££ but that is all they supply still need a single seat cushion but not in stock. Having spent thousands on the hardware….

Ordering was very easy, and delivery was free which was a bonus ; after the initial E Mail thanking us for the order, I felt there was a break down in communication; we heard nothing for several days eventually after a week I rang the delivery company and they told me I would receive an E Mail ; Yes we did stating delivery that particular day ; never Arrived Morning after I rang delivery company again to be told it would arrive later in the day and I could track my delivery, this I did as I had an appointment, and every hour the time changed eventually it was around 3 pm when it arrived , The outer box was badly torn and several holes in the cardboard ; To which I took a photo , but luckily my bench was so well packaged it was unharmed ; My Garden Bench was beautiful but the delivery company and lack of engagement with me let the seller down

Great product and speedy delivery, although curb side drop off caused a bit of a issue.

Beautiful garden furniture, ordered the testers first to make sure we were ordering the best colour for mums garden glad we did, delivery was quick and well packaged. We ordered the 3 seater bench, love seat and small table along with seat cushions, lovely touch with personalised plaque also ,all excellent quality.Customer service was lovely also and dealt with my questions, just need the weather now to enjoy it.Highly recommend this company.

Great product at a reasonable price. Delivery was rapid. The plaque we ordered with the bench failed to arrive, but this was sorted out quickly by customer services.

Ordered a 2 seat bench to match a pair of chairs we had previously bought. Arrived promptly , securely packed, easy to assemble and well finished.

The order of a bench came promptly and the delivery driver went out if his was to be helpful. My husband and I assembled the bench and it was relatively easy. However we believe we have the back of the bench back to front so we're going to have to sort this out. We are very pleased with the bench itself.
