Winawood bench delivery
Delivery within a few days of ordering. Unfortunately the wrong colour bench was delivered, but this was quickly rectified after I contacted customer services, and we now have our bench set up in the garden.

Well-packed and easy to assemble. Great quality bench. Time will tell as far as durability and appearance are concerned. The only thing l would improve is the quality of communication re delivery. Not worth docking a star, however.

Winawood 2 Seater Wood Effect Bench in Powder Blue
My wife and I recently replaced our two garden benches, together with bespoke cushions at half price, which we are very pleased with. If you are looking for a low maintenance garden bench, we would highly recommend this product; it is excellent quality with a timeless design, comfortable seating and authentic wood effect. Also, it was easy to assemble and very well packaged.

Problems with our delivery…
As we have not received our purchase yet I am unable to give a 5 Star score. Alison who we contacted has been very good and we can not fault her in any way However the delivery company have been very poor and ignored our instructions about letting us know when they were coming so we could be ready to make access possible to the community library the purchase was for.
I will give Maisons a 5 Star for the way Alison looked after us.Hopefully our purchase will be delivered by a different company on a day of our choice.

Great customer service
I made a complete mess of ordering a Winawood composite bench with a memorial plaque and seat cushion which resulted in me not receiving two offered discounts. Luckily Rubina from House&Maison sorted this out for me. The bench arrived quickly - my 3rd Winawood bench. Great customer service.
