Worst company ever! I ordered gift for my wife but it never came

Fraud store. Very bad experience

I ordered a bag in January 2020 before the first lockdown, the initially blamed covid for the delays. Over 12 months later no bag and NO refund. They stopped replying to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY

I ordered 2 phone cases from this company in June 2020 and still to this day (9 months later) they have never arrived however the money was deducted out of my account the day after I ordered these items. After numerous emails sent I still received no reply or answer to why my items never arrived. I asked for a refund on numerous occasions and am yet to receive this and under the impression that I never will. I will never order from this company again and would strongly recommend that nobody ever does.

Still awaiting bag I ordered last March. They do not reply to emails. Avoid this company, scammers

My granddaughter saved her pocket money which she put with her birthday money and ordered a phone case, despite numerous emails and requests no-one replys or offers a refund. I think this is dreadful and wonder how this company sleeps at night treating people so badly.

Ordered 2 phone cases for my daughter one arrived damaged and really cheap the other is still yet to arrive after 6 months - emails to say they’d ran out due to high order rates and would send another - total scam don’t buy from them! Utterly disgraceful taking my money and no replies to my emails asking for a refund

SCAM! Do NOT use this company. Still no sign of bag purchased in June 2020. Similar experience to other reviewers: no shipping details/dates; initially Covid used as excuse for delays; communication from 'Mary' ceased when asked to cancel order and refund money. Wish I'd read reviews.

I've ordered a bag in June 2020, and only received it in November (5 months later).
Extremely poor service (they ignore all your emails) and bad quality products.
Don't buy from this place!

I placed an order on 10 April 2020. It is now 22/11/2020 (over 7 months) and I have not even received a confirmation let alone my order! I have chased up 3 times since then, no reply, no refund, no acknowledgement. Surely, a scam!

I ordered a phone case in July & did not receive it until September. I emailed asking for updates about four times and only once received a response to my email. It got to the point where I was asking for a refund and had no confidence my item would. Actually arrive, but still no reply from the Company. When it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture, would NOT recommend buying from this website / Company at all! Rubbish!

I ordered a diaper bag from La Maison Dé Sacs. It took two months to arrive and when it did, I was very disappointed with the product. It didn't come with the stroller straps and the actual product was low quality. I want to now return and get a refund and I have had no reply from them after I've sent them a lot of emails. I'm not happy at all! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Oh dear bag took 6 months to arrive and was totally different from photo , poor quality.
Will not use again as they took ages to email and respond . Shame 😞

Ordered a phone case back in February which i still have not received, took it up with the credit card company to get my money back but no joy as yet, now received a text and email saying my order is on its way! I doubt it, this company is bad they are just thieves DO NOT USE THEM

Absolutely horrible!!!! I’ve been waiting for my order since January and it is now October. I’ve been emailing Mary who has been unable to give me any updates about it!!!

Ordered a phone case in april, 6 months later I've just received an email saying it's been shipped but that's probably a lie too!

Same issue. Ordered a backpack in May and it never arrived. Automated responses from 'Mary' to my emails. Cannot get refund. Absolutely disgusting. This company are THIEVES AND LIARS. Do not buy from them.

Ordered an item back in April 2020, still not received it....have emailed numerous times to no avail so am reporting to Trading Standards. Do not purchase anything from this company.
