I agree this website is a scam.
I ordered a phone case for my son and it’s never arrived!
I’ve sent several emails but haven’t had a reply.just to add that I rated 1 star otherwise I couldn’t write a review but clearly it doesn’t deserve any!

DO NOT ORDER FROM LA MAISON DÉ SACS. I wish I'd seen the reviews prior to placing an order. I ordered a bag on 10th June.... Item did not arrive. I've emailed Mary on numerous occasions but she has only responded to the first 2. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING.

Absolutely do not order from here! I ordered a case for £30 odd and they told me 3-5 days, didn’t come i emailed them and they said due to corona, another 2 months, didn’t arrive, emailed again and they said another 2 months, which ends today, hasn’t come so then i looked at the reviews on here, and realised, i have been scammed, waste of money, i’ve sent loads of emails and they only replied to 2 keep telling me to wait longer due to coronavirus, DO NOT buy on this website. i would give it a 0 if i could. Also, ordered this in march and it’s august (6 months) half a year! absolute scammers! surprisingly they ‘ran out of stock’ so had to send me it though a different warehouse so i couldn’t have tracking details, clearly an excuse because it’s not coming. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Absolute disgrace ordered 2 bags in April not received either! Same generic email from Mary! Trading standards should investigate them as its clearly a scam what kind of scum take money off people like that!? Should be ashamed

Clearly a scam after I read the reviews. I had unfortunately ordered a phone case on 20th July and it obviously hasn’t arrived as it said 3-5 working days. And still no sign and we are in August. I have reported them to citizens advice as a scam

That company doesn’t exist. Don’t buy anything

SCAM!!!!! Orders a bag 3 months ago ... never showed up! Chased them again and again and MARY kept responding with generic messages and then offered me 30% off for life!!!

SCAM company. Do not use.

Contact your bank or card provider and claw the money back from these thieves. Fake registered address in London.

SCAM - PLEASE AVOID!

I wish I saw the reviews before I placed my order. Ordered a new phone case at the start of June, no sign of the case, customer services are not responding to emails. Unfortunately I’ve been the victim of a scam, like many others. I just hope that people see these reviews before placing orders in future.

Yes , do not order from this company . They took my money and never delivered the goods . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I agree with all the other reviewers who have been duped like me .

I had ordered a phone case on June 4th no shipping info.
After contacting them I was told the phone case had to be specially made? Why I don’t no it’s nothing special. I contacted them again and was told it was in high demand I asked for my money back and they have refused to refund me.
Now over 30 days again now it’s 2 months and I have been sent, thank you for your order With no shipping info.
I have told them I believe they are a scam I suspect they are taking people’s money and investing it for interest. I have reported them now for fraud.
Anyone who has brought from them and not received your goods please report it to U.K. national fraud and your bank. I would seriously avoid this company if you read their terms Of sale it’s quit abrupt some of the stuff they are saying in there is also against consumer rights saying you can’t get your money back if you haven’t received your purchase unless you have a courier number why would you have that if you don’t even have shipping info. Also they are saying their based in London so in reality the phone case should take 3-5 days not 60 days to arrive.

Ordered iPhone case, still hasn’t came, no reply’s from several emails either. I wouldn’t order from this site, wish I had seen reviews before placing my order.

I ordered a bag and it never arrived. They could not provide me with a shipping confirmation and even after 8 weeks of waiting they told me to wait longer

I think this company is unfortunately a scam.

They respond to your emails with the same generic email or just link you to their shipping policy. Very poor customer service.

I will now just accept that I have lost my money and buy another bag from elsewhere

Scammers!! This company doesn’t deserve even one star! The order never arrived, despite many emails. They either don’t respond or send you emails which don’t even answer your query. They also are not at their registered address. This company is a scam to collect money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bag for work on March 1 and was told I would have my items in 3-5 days. Fast forward to July 16th and still no item. I have contacted the company repeatedly and keep getting the same excuses ( 1. Out of stock of the item I already purchased yet 2.unable to give me a refund because it is against their policy and my item ( which was out of stock had been posted?) yet 3. Not provided with a tracking number despite repeatedly asking for it because covid??
I am so disgusted with this company and after seeing what everyone else has said it sounds like they are seriously scamming people. We need to collectively report them and shut them down!!

DO NOT BUY from this company. It is a complete ripoff. I bought a leather handbag in 'sale' from £70 to £34. Never arrived. It said traded in UK and 3-5 days delivery when I questioned kept saying it would be here 2 weeks, 3 weeks in the end I asked my bank to intervene and had money refunded through bank. Not worthy of ONE star. No errors here they know exactly what they are doing and should be made to cease trading.

As with everyone else I ordered a bag for my daughters birthday that she requested. Once I had paid I noted that there was a 2 month delay supposedly due to covid. this is just an excuse to cover the fact that the goods are coming from China. Within a day I called the company to cancel the order who advised me that there are no refunds, exchanges or returns. I stated that this is against consumer law. I have contacted my bank to request a chargeback for the money paid..It costs nothing! I will also be contacting Trading Standards. If you are seeking your money back go via your bank & request a 'chargeback'. If you have paid by credit card or Paypal it is easier
