This store has amazing items especially for kids. Everything I have ordered has arrived in excellent, new condition. I only took off one star (more like half a star) because a product picture did not match the description or actual product. Though I should have read more carefully, I feel the picture should more accurately depict what the customer will receive. Other than that mix up, I would definitely recommend this store.

It really is cloud soft. Quick delivery & a person answered the phone when I had a question. Will buy again from Maisonette.

I’ve emailed them 4 times and haven’t received a response. 2 items weren’t ever received, 1 item was sent incorrectly. You will just have to hope and pray everything comes in correctly because no luck in getting any kind of response.

I tried to give this 5 star review since it certainly calls for it but the 5th star would not cooperate.
I recently made an order for my granddaughter. After reviewing my receipt I realized I had not entered her shipping address. My granddaughter lives in another state so it is not often I see her. I saw a customer review email address and immediately sent an email asking for the package to be shipped to her. I received a very prompt reply advising they would check into my order & see what they could do. I received an email back a few hours later advising the shipping address was updated. I am extremely pleased that the company listened and took appropriate action to address my request. I have ordered items from Masionette for a few years now and have always been extremely pleased with their products & customer service. I will definitely continue shopping at Maisonette.

Customer service responded to my email very quickly. My issue wasn’t immediately resolved. I let them know that and they again responded promptly and were able to resolve the issue.

I was very surprised to see such a prompt response to my inquiry. That level of customer service doesn’t come easily these days.

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Maisonette. There was a small issue with my order when it arrived, so I emailed customer service and the whole thing was taken care of in less than 24 hours. They were so prompt and polite! Customer service like this is a rare find these days.
