Unbelievably horrible customer service. They recently got rid of their phone line for customer care so when there was a problem with my shipment, instead of remedying the issue immediately which is what all vendors typically do, I had to wait in increments of over 24 hours for one line answers that are completely irrelevant and not helpful to resolving shipping my package to the correct address. I spent hundreds here so needless to say I will never ever buy anything from them again. Highly recommend not buying anything here -certainly not if you have ANY issues with the item or delivery and are a busy working mom!

The product is beautiful. Great middle sized bear with a personalized sweater. Good quality. it was annoying that I was not able to track the shipping until I called Maisonette and then they gave me a tracking number. But the bear is very special and I am very happy with it.

We have a set of bath squirties that my grandson always plays with. This prompted me to buy two more plus one as a gift. Great quality. Lifelike yet still so cute. Able to identify each animal. Very durable.

Customer Service responded super promptly, and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I really appreciated it, and was honestly so surprised to have such great customer service, in an era of mostly bots or just general ennui towards customer issues.

The items arrived earlier than expected! Customer service was quick to respond and helpful when I had a request.

Maisonette does have many cute items but beware of buying clothes from the site. I bought a Halloween costume for my 10 month old. The sizing reference was for 6-12 months. The costume was final sale but I thought since I had the sizing guide, it would be ok. I receive the costume and it barely fits. The costume was $70 and customer service will not offer any support even if I used their sizing guide. Now I have to look for another costume and lost $70 😡

Maisonette has beautiful, quality products. The shipping was very fast, and the return process was easy. Customer service was kind and quick to respond as well.

Terrible company. Zero customer service. Received an item not of quality with a very expensive price tag they would not accept back. Will not be doing business with them again.
