Less than 24 hours between placing order and MacBook being delivered (paid extra for express shipping). Laptop arrived well packaged and as described. We anticipated that the charger would be an international one, so were not surprised that a travel adaptor was also included. The official apple adaptor can be sourced cheaply (£6) from online marketplaces to bring to UK spec if desired.

Only suggestion would be to make clear on the product description which plug will come with the product, and consider selling the correct adaptor as an optional add-on.

iPad 10th gen bought with fast delivery, however no mention on website that it is non-UK version, and so doesn’t come with an apple UK plug. Very cheap aftermarket adaptor provided, however won’t use as not CE certified.
Can still recommend if you’re happy with providing/using own charger.

I paid £14 for next day delivery and The order never showed.
After ghosting me for 2 days they are currently refusing to issue a refund while demanding it’s delivered tomorrow to what will be an empty house while I’m away with work. Hence me specifically needing it delivered next day.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Item arrived very quickly. Box was a bit marked, but item new as I had to unseal box. iPad as expected, but charge plug was American. Adapter supplied, but not needed as I have other ways to charge it.

iPad not as described. Not responding to phone calls and emails. Had to raise a case with paypal.

Made an impulse purchase and tried to cancel it, making multiple attempts to contact them through facebook and their messaging system to cancel and refund. they dispatched the item, THEN replied to tell me that they’ve already sent it. maybe check your messages a little sooner? i appreciate that they dispatch the same day, however the lack of communication is quite disappointing considering that i called the listed number 6 times throughout the day, only for it to ring through, as well as even messaging the facebook account hoping that might help (it did not).

Same as most people commented. I ordered iPad 10 , box looks squashed with many marks and not like new. I think it was re sealed as well. No UK plug just cheap adapter. Haven’t tested iPad yet as it’s gonna be Christmas present. These should be sold as refurbished not brand new. Or at least they should mention that in description If I saw reviews before I would’ve bought it from Argos or Curry’s for £20 more as now need to buy proper plug anyway . Don’t bother specially if it’s gonna be a present as it doesn’t look brand new and genuine.

Ordered 2 iPads and paid for 1-3 day delivery. The iPads took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Sent several emails and made several phone calls to Major Mobile but no response from them at all. The phone line just rings out. Their AI chat said they would get someone to call me back but nobody did.

I bought an ipad through Klarna so i paid 2 months already they sent it my parcel at home and i opened and i found out the ipad was broken so i returned back and now after 1 month and 2 weeks they rejected my refund and they still wanna take my last payment so a bit of a scam company just avoid the company.

Ordered iPad have heard nothing from them for over a week they don’t respond to emails or calls don’t believe the fake reviews these are clearly scammers

Sold as new IPad 10th generation.. took over two weeks to arrive not 6 days, the box had no seal, very squashed and had a US plug inside, clearly this is not a UK model, not as new, have been opened.
Buy one from curries or Argos for £20 more it's my advice which is what I wish I had done.
I will update this review if the customer services get back to me

Ordered an iPad with the Black Friday deal order states 4-6 working day delivery I did not receive in the delivery time stated ! Emailed numerous times no reply tried Facebook,Instagram and chat bot no reply ! Received my goods and it’s come with a eu plug not intended for uk poor customer service

Do not trust this company. I ordered an iPhone 13 on their website and it’s been over a week now still haven’t received my order and surely it shouldn’t take this long adding to the fact I haven’t even got a tracking number or any tracking information whatsoever to know whats going on, it’s just kept saying that it’s preparing shipment. I’ve sent a couple of emails regarding an update of the status of my order haven’t heard anything back also been calling their number just keeps ringing and then goes to voicemail. Absolutely horrible customer service considering with how much people are spending a lot of money on their products.
