A bit rubbish

Its really not clear from their factory that the no drill blind does not come to the measurement you order and needs to be tweaked to fit!! Could easily make that clearer. Very slow, quite ineffective responses from MMB apologising a lot but not really dealing with anything.
Also the chain is useless, breaking when winding because its too stiff and badly designed! The company advise to loosen the head rail mechanism holding the blind in place to make the chain less stiff, but in doing so the whole blind comes down. A bit rubbish TBH.

After buying the blinds for more than…

After buying the blinds for more than half the windows in my house I needed one more.
Ordered and got confirmation of expected dispatch.
However this didn’t happen which caused me to chase. The response was a bit of a shock, to be told they are too busy to deal with me and I shouldn’t be trying to jump the queue.
When I got this escalated the transaction could not have gone better, the blind was with me the following day.
It’s just a shame that someone in this business didn’t pay proper attention on their customer service skills training. So four stars rather than the five that they really deserve.

Uncontacable

Have tried contacting makemyblinds on several occasions to no avail, after finding one of our blinds is completely cracked when going to fit. Also one of the facia trims is too long so doesnt fit!

When we email all we get is a blank autoreply. What use is that?

Blinds are ok, but customer service here is DREADFUL... nobody speaks to you

Excellent customer service

Ordered a Roman blind which arrived when stated. Unfortunately the factory had omitted to reduce the width measurements by 10mm so it was too tight in tbe recess. I called make my blinds and spoke to Paul,
Customer Relations and Resolutions Specialist. He was extremely helpful and understanding and asked for some pictures of the blind to forward to the factory in Dubai. 48hrs later Paul emailed me saying how sorry they were and that a new blind was being made for me as a priority. Very satisfied with excellent customer service and would highly recommend make my blinds.

Perfect fit Shutters

Great Customer service. Lovely Blinds

I contacted make my blinds as we had a small issue. One of the blinds the slats wouldn't tilt.
I spoke to Paul who was very helpful he sent some instructions which helped my husband to resolve the issue. Which took minutes. Thank you Paul. Love my blinds they look great. Thanks Jacky

PAUL- amazing customer service!

The service provided was exceptional, and the delivery was prompt. The team efficiently handled a minor discrepancy on my part without any complications. Amazing quality and best customer service EVER

Just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to make my blinds. I ordered/fitted my blinds Just before Christmas. Brilliant quality i was so please but unfortunately i had A HOUSE FIRE on boxing day which completely ruined them all. I explained to MAKE MY BLINDS what had happened and was offered a FREE reorder. This was absolutely amazing of them and I will always be forever grateful how they offered me this help in a desperate time of need.
