We have used this company regularly and their blinds are good quality and delivered in a timely fashion, however, the reason for the poor review is they are defrauding customers who utilise top cashback to make their purchasers. We have used topcashback in the past with no issues with makemyblinds. However with our recent order we took advantage of an "exclusive offer" they were offering if purchasing through top cashback for 8.5% cashback, only for this to be declined by makemyblinds for using "an unauthorised discount code." They are claiming this is unauthorised despite the fact it is STILL currently being offered.
They have turned into a dishonest company who utilise false advertising to bait customers into purchases under false promises. A shame really as they were previously honest. I won't be using them again and instead going to one of the many many other companies who offer the exact same products at the same prices whilst treating their customers with respect. I encourage you to not use this company.

Don’t order from this company!!!! We ordered our blinds from here, for all 7 of our windows, and they are horrific. On the website it states they are a wood, mid brown, they have arrived and they are ORANGE!!! I got in touch with customer service only to be told we should’ve ordered a sample before hand. They will not accept a refund or exchange. So we are now £660 out of pocket, with blinds that are disgusting!!! I would avoid this company. They have done nothing to help us resolve this problem, insinuating it’s our own fault. I’m disgusted with the blinds and customer service.

I ordered some slatted blinds on line and the next morning realised i had over ordered the quantity so was panicking, i made a phone call to them and Paul answered and put me at ease straight away ,he dealt with the issue and I am now waiting for the order to be manufactured

I ordered 'perfect fit' honeycomb blinds, they arrived in a timely manner, the quality is very good and they look great. Easy to fit once the first one had been put together and fitted, instructions were clear.
I did have several telephone conversations with the company, every time, they were polite, patient and very helpful. Whilst it is true to say, there was an issue with one of the blinds, the Customer Service Team were absolutely 'on it', going above and beyond to solve the issue. Needless to say, there is no longer an issue and with this in mind, I would not hesitate to recommend this company as their Customer Service Team were excellent.

Blinds were made perfectly the measurements I gave were spot on an easy to install as I just replaced the other one that was there chose a light pink blackout blinds which for a big 8ft window wasn't easy to find a company to do this so yeh really happy with my purchase 😀

Katie customer service executive she arranged a replacement blind that had broken and kept correspondence at every stage, she was informative and friendly, and having worked in retail my entire career it is really refreshing to receive this level of customer service, I am really impressed and wil be highly recommending Make my blinds to all my friends! Firstly I want to start this review by stating that the ease of purchase and the guarantee of covering mismeasured blinds was a big selling point to me. We ordered multiple samples which wasn't questioned, once we'd made our decision, final measurements and order during their black Friday sales.
Then we waited with baited breath, almost immediately we got notifications of orders, then notifications when the blinds left the factory once they'd been built, when they were to be delivered and a timeslot (MASSIVELY Helpful for a busy family of 4). Our order came in multiple parts/dates due to some of the order being more standard sizing, but every time it was the same process, keeping you as the customer well aware of what's going on
Unfortunately during transit one of the items must have taken a knock, this during an exceptionally busy time of the year. I inspected the item and it looked good, during fitting, it appeared the casing was damaged. This on the 23rd of December mind you!
I sent an email to their customer services team, getting an immediate confirmation of contact, expecting as you might at Christmas not to receive any response until maybe January from a member of their customer services.
Well...I get a response first thing next morning, may I remind you Christmas Eve, where they acknowledged the damage and immediately began the process for getting information related to a replacement set of blinds to get this rectified
We continued this communication over the Christmas period, I didn't have to wait any longer than 24 hours for any response, infact I think most responses came in less than an hour after I replied. I worked with two members of their team Ellie and Alex, who have just been exceptional.
The best part? Not only is the customer service top notch, the blinds themselves are fantastic, utterly changing the look of the room. Incredibly easy to fit, easy to use and amazing quality.
I would not hesitate to use them again and will highly recommend them when I get the opportunity to do so. This is how you do business, thanks to the whole team!

The quality of the Venetian blinds is excellent, however one of the three blinds I had ordered was manufactured incorrectly, not once but twice! On the first occasion the width was wrong. I contacted customer service and was dealt with by Gemma who quickly sorted out a replacement, but this arrived with the wrong colour tapes! After another conversation with customer service, this time with Ellie, another replacement is being manufactured. I have yet to receive this but hopefully all will be well this time. So I’ve deleted one star for the poor manufacturing process but absolutely cannot fault the quality of the response from customer service. On both occasions my concerns have been dealt with promptly, courteously and with good humour. Well done to Gemma and Ellie!
