Poor quality vertical blinds

Poor quality vertical blinds. DX delivery damaged parcel. Vertical blind vanes are permanently creased due to rain from damaged box. Pull cord hangs from head rail. Some damaged accessories, Poor quality. Customer services almost non-existent.

You should never receive items in that condition. We also apologise for the damaged accessories and the issue with the pull cord — we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were expecting everything to arrive ready to install.

ordered 5 blinds 4 were delivered all…

ordered 5 blinds 4 were delivered all the wrong width phoned up eventually got through was told to take a picture with tape measure next to them so to verify the size phoned back to be sure they got the pictures guy on the phone confirmed this i ask him what he thought he said am old i can not see that in other words he would not commit his self disgusting do not use this company

Great quality blinds at the best price

Love these blinds

Love these blinds, reason why every window at my house has their blinds in. Custom made, plenty of choice, looks quality because it is. Great customer service, had a problem with a blind order, they had stop making a certain colour I ordered, they got in contact to inform me and offered me the ones I had ordered however would have to wait longer or alternates at a cheaper price. Fantastic customer service also, thank you

Excellent company to deal with

Excellent company to deal with. Blind's are high quality. Order a blind and it came damage. Damage came from it was in shipping. Contact the company and got through to Justin. Justin did everything to fix the issue. He got another blind made and shipped free of charge. Every time I needed an update from Justin he got in touch quickly. He made the whole experience 5 stars. Would recommend this company and there excellent staff members.

Long waiting time

Unfortunately order placed on 7th November had to be cancelled 3 weeks later.
One of the blinds was out of stock, I agreed to wait to have the whole order shipped together. 7 blinds all for the same room.
After the new date came and went, I was advised of a further delay.
Apparently whilst waiting for the out of stock item another one became unavailable.
The waiting time now seemed silly over four weeks. I cancelled and go next day dispatch from another company. Not much difference in price.
I should have had the in stock items shipped and waiting for the other.
Had this been suggested when I called I would have.
Customer service was very good though
