please include duty in your delivery…
please include duty in your delivery expences so costumers doesnt have to travel to the customs to pay twice, but the products are nice and once owned inever give it away ;)

Amazing shopping experience
Amazing shopping experience! I am overwhelmed by how much this company cares about its products and its customers! I purchased a hovel pencil plane from a reseller and it arrived with dull blades so i contacted Makers Cabinet directly as the manufacturer of this product to get advice and purchase replacement blades. Their response was very quick and so helpful and polite. And they actually cared to know if my issue was resolved, which when confirmed they refunded me the cost of the replacement blades, because the orignals shouldn't have been dull, even though I didn't purchase the original pack from them directly. I was very touched by this level of care. And the quality of the product itself is outstanding. It is solid brass and sharpens well to a variety of angles and is basically a lifetime sharpener. I am very happy with my product and overall service I received and would definitely recommend this company to others.
