Not only is the quality of the products very high (I now have already 3 of their plushs), but once the first delivery was failed (due to the local delivery service losing the package) Makeship provided an S-tier support.
Not only did they immediately send a replacement (of a limited batch), but also accomodated a new address (I was just doing a move) and handled the situation when the delivery service didn't pick up the replacement itself.
They kept me up to date at every step and even without needing to ask, checked up if everything was going well.

Really good experience! My package got lost in the customs for 42 days, but after I appealed, I got immediate assistance and confirmation that it got lost. After that (~~~2 months), my plushie came in 10 days and it's even better than I expected. I appreciate Makeship's support way a lot and they actually made responsible after everything, I am really grateful, too for everything. 10/10, would definitely recommend buying cheap plushies and the assistance is the best. <3

My customer support person, Marnelle or Nelle, was simply amazing. Like 10/10 so awesome. They helped me with an issue I had been to scared to report for a bit, so it was an old issue yet they still helped me. This service was freakin amazing and if your Marnelles boss you should give them a raise they are simply amazing.

The quality is great of their products and shipping is normally without any issues.
But if you have any problems, let it be a typo, while the product is already shipped, their costumer service will help you.
No matter what.
I ordered a plush for a friend in another country and just found out, that the adress had a small typo, because the carrier had problems.
I mailed Makeship and the carrier but in the end it was the costumer service of Makeship, that were able to get a hold of the carrier and gave them the correct address.
So 12/10
I will continue to buy here

One person took responsibility for following up our order and then making sure it was correctly fulfilled and kept us informed frequently throughout the whole process. I have ordered a lot of plushies from makeship and the quality is always fantastic. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful. The only one time my package was lost in transit they helped me get a replacement sent out and it arrived in good time.

I ordered a pair of plushies and my local delivery service, Hermes, completely screwed up the delivery several times to a point where the package went back. I wrote Makeship customer support basically only with the goal to give the same package another go.
Not only did they provide me with a bunch of Hermes' contact info, they also, after that went fruitless, sent me a replacement package, which could be delivered successfully. Couldn't ask for a better solution for the delivery induced headache.

Makeship has some of the best customer service I've ever seen! I was having an awful experience with a delivery company (third-party, out of Makeship's control) and they handled the situation right away even when the delivery company dismissed me. Marnelle was the agent who helped me, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me updated and replied to every email with a quick solution, was super understanding and friendly. I am truly grateful for the help I recieved. As for the products themselves, I've never recieved anything that wasn't 10/10 quality and they have a huge selection of franchises they partner with. This is my favorite place to get merch from and I will definitely keep shopping here!

My product got stuck in Brazilian postal service and I didn't receive any notification, and after 30 days the package was returned. I contacted support and they easily helped me solve the problem. They sent the product again and tracking was simpler. Upon arrival in Brazil, I paid the import tax and a few days later I had the product in hand, which, by the way, is of excellent quality. Very satisfied with the product and the support!
