Outstanding support got me a replacement free of charge when the carrier lost my first one. It was delayed but that's okay because I still got my limited time item!

Had a Plushie arrive that wasn't quite up to standard and they actually ordered a replacement to be made (even though these are technically limited) and sent to me with the rest of my order arriving at a later date.

Hello makeship, I think you are a nice company, (for example i think the plushies that you put the most love, care, and effect into is, shark plushie, yamoy plushie by @yam00y, Sophia's magic diary Sophia plush, Maru plushie, Nebby plushie, Rambley the raccoon plush indigo park, Orb plushie, Mimu Plushie, Mavie by JustAdrian, JX1DX1 plush,star girl master plush, Hoshi Plushie, Lampert plushie and Mimi plushie, you need to but some more effort and love or maybe care into some of your plushies, (I was really waiting for the sh4rkle liar liar (mirou plush) the plush looked like you didn't put much care effort and love into the plush , (maybe helpful tips to make the plush look better, try to add the color eyeshadow that the ref has, make the bows smaller, make the bangs look more like the ref, add a little more effect to his clothes, and the eye shadow under the eyes a little more and a bit darker, make his eyes outline bolder, make his eyes look more like the ref, and little more care into his socks or maybe they are leggings, make the ruffle or cuff on the neck small, and the bow a tiny bit smaller,make his braids look better, add a few more simple details to his braids, you forgot to add the tiny bows to the end of his braids and sleeves,please make the plush again but with my tips if you can im sorry if that's to much to ask for , have a great day makeship. ♡

I had a horrible experience with makeship. the entire process was frustrating, the communication was poor, and the service was extremely subpar. not advised.

I helped a vtuber Celestium fund her campaign to make a plushie. it was funded and because she doesn't betray her religious beliefs this company used prejudice ideology drops her. they are bias against Christians and others who don't follow their woke ideas. just make plushies, if you want to campaign against Christians then just quit making plushies and be social media influencers. bad business for dropping someone after you agree to make something.

I bought a plushie of a YouTuber for my daughter. the product arrived on time but a part of it was missing. I contacted the support service and they delivered the missing part rather quickly. very good service.

Makeship’s customer support is excellent and they issued a refund immediately when my package was lost in customs. However, the 'fast refund' was cold comfort since I missed out on the product. The current shipping partner for my region is simply not dependable. I would love to see Makeship offer more reliable (even if more expensive) shipping alternatives to ensure successful delivery. Until then, ordering feels like a gamble.

Wish it didn't take so long for shipping, and the quality of the plushies can vary, but overall good products and will continue getting more.

Well, this is like kickstarter except it's one company. They say they can make a product you buy in and invest money then they cancel it 6 months later and you don't get what you order. I think I could have converted the want into a sewing skill by now and made what I wanted instead of wasting my time trusting this company to make a thread of anything.

I buy from Makeship frequently, and normally don't have issues, and when I do it gets resolved pretty easily. But I'm a little astounded with the quality of the plush I recieved, which seemingly has yellowing and crunchy black bits that somewhat resemble burn marks all over it's spines. My Abomination and one of my Sea Bunnies were perfect in nearly every way (minus the other sea bunny ALSO having some alot more minor yellowing and the abomination having some loose stuffing, which is no big deal at all!! Abomination is a larger plush and VERY overstuffed so I'd expect the seams to be a little weak anyways lol)

So I have to credit their quality on those, but the second Sea Bunny is a little disgusting and I'm unsure about displaying it for that reason. There are also some of those black bits that have come loose from the plush and dotted through the bag and the tail of the bunny, which are impossible to get out of there. So I'm quite unhappy with the quality of one of my plushes, but the other two are great!

(Edit: I've spent all day attempting to wash the marks and black crunchy bits off, but they haven't worked sadly, and now the plush's white is a little discoloured in that area where I was washing it)
