Product came on time and in perfect condition

This was my second time ordering from Makeship for a product from my favorite creator on Youtube. Makeship has always been so reliable and organized to make sure my order is received and in great condition. I don’t need to worry if it was a scam because they are such a reliable company to trust on. My second order arrived at the given timeframe that was sent out to me and my product came in great quality and condition. I will always trust Makeship with any future purchases I make from other creators that collaborate with them.

We have ordered many items from .ake ahip. We like the specialty plushies and pins. The plush are very well made and look exactly like they are pictured. They always keep you updated on the fu sing, when they estimate it will ship, when it ships, etc. You arw never left guessing when or of it will arrive.

I appreciate this company for producing above-average quality merchandise for "lower-tier," often independent IPs that might not otherwise get the kind of products they offer, but it comes with the hangup of limited availability. I know they can't necessarily control it, but as consequence I often find myself getting into something after its initial hype cycle and finding just as small a number of available merch through official channels as if they had never run a campaign.

Additionally, I do find some of the prices to be a bit on the excessive side (not helped along by excessive US tariffs), but I understand that the products' quality could easily be impacted if they charged substantially lower prices than current.

On the whole, I appreciate Makeship's niche. I have much enjoyed what they've put out on the whole, and hope they're able to deliver quality content--perhaps even with a degree of permanence in future.

The product was made with good quality materials and good workmanship. Item was packed neatly and securely and parcel arrived in good condition. Overall very satisfied with the whole shopping experience. Also, after-sales customer service was very good. Will definitely purchase items from make ship again in future!

Sometime in late October or early November, I checked my order history to see the progress on the plushies I ordered, only to realize my history was wiped clean and I no longer knew if my order still existed or would be shipped.
I immediately wrote to customer support about my situation and got an email 2 days later saying they were working on the problem and asking for any additional information I could give them to help.

After another 2 days, they emailed again, confirming my orders were still placed and scheduled to be shipped on their set dates, and the day after, they managed to fix my problem, and now I can view my history perfectly fine.

Overall, I'm happy with how quickly they handled the situation and how they kept me up to date on my main concerns, my orders, and my missing history issue.

Helped me in regards to a plushie's campaign just ended and very much appreciated it.

Scam scam scam. They send you update emails with timelines, and then continue to send emails with further extended timelines. You go back to try to check previous emails, and all content has disappeared. They also trick you into thinking cost is in your country currency, and then you find after they take the money it is in US$, despite having another currency on the storefront. DO NOT BUY.

Carmela, in customer support, did an absolutely outstanding job helping me sort out complications with my orders. She was kind, patient, and promptly answered all my emails. She is a fantastic example of what customer service should be like in any business.

We had an issue with cargo and the product was sent back without a notice but thanks to Marnelle from customer support, i received my order back with no additional shipping cost, thanks again!
