So I bought this plush from makeship and it said it would take around a month to show up but the best thing happened and it showed up in 1 WEEK!! I am enjoying my chance plushy worth the price thank you makeship!!

High quality products with at an acceptable price, despite the long time I have to wait for my products to arrive, the experience is always worth it in the end.
Good communication with the customers, any questions you might have they will answer in the best way they can.

I was abroad and had no phone or cell signal whilst abroad so I missed out on a plush campaign that I wanted to purchase,I reached out to support and they managed to add me as a last minute order so I'm happy I haven't missed out and the plush will be cherished.

I ordered an item for birthday gift. Unfortunately it was lost in the mail. Makeship investigated, and reshipped item when it was determined to be lost in the mail. Excellent communication and updates and Judith was excellent with customer service. I would definitely give this company my business again!! Gift was well received btw!!

I finally received my plushie after a little problem with the delivery man but the makeship customer service helped me and I was able to solve the problem quickly. Everything is perfect and the plushie is adorable, thank you makeship ☺️🫶

I've ordered a few times from Makeship, and I've genuinely thought their plushies are the best plushies ever made. Thanks to their unique business model, which works like a Kickstarter, it guarantees the plush will be made, and if it doesn't get funded, you get your money back easily. I've never had that happen to me, but I do find this system amazing, as in the end, my money will go somewhere meaningful. If you get a plush from the site, you won't regret it. I currently have 17 plushies and I don't see that number going down any time soon.

I was able to rebuy my plush with my actual credit card instead of the gift card I used, and I was excited to wake up that morning; it finally made it to my house.

Makeship is honestly one of the best companies I’ve ever ordered from. The quality of their products, attention to detail, and how much care they put into every plush is seriously impressive. You can tell they really listen to fans and make sure every design turns out perfect. The material feels soft and durable, the stitching is flawless, and everything arrives exactly as shown — sometimes even better in person.

I ordered the Karakt, Vriska, John, Aradia, and Sollux plushies, and they’re all amazing. Each one captures the characters perfectly, from their expressions to the tiny details on their clothes and hair. Makeship has easily become my go-to for collectible plushies — totally worth every cent

Been a makeship customer for 5, nearly 6 years now and I think their quality and size of product have improved a lot! Back in 2020, a 25$ plush fit comfortably in my palm, but now for 28$ they're quite large and huggable! Great prices for a good size plush, especially to support your favourite creators and rep their merch. I got 2 plushies though that were VERY poor quality, and after years of being a customer, i was disappointed. After a very quick email or 2 back and forth, they sent me replacement after i provided evidence and they agreed it wasn't up to their standard. 1 week later i had my replacements in and they were just as advertised/what I expected. amazing customer service and I'm happy my one bad experience turned into a positive one.

The plush is very high quality and was packaged nicely in a nice tote sized bag perfect for the size of the plushie. The size of the plushie is much larger than what you would expect. It's also amazing how the products are funded by fans of the creators which helps creators figure out exactly what merch their community wants. 5/5 would buy from Makeship again and would recommend to others.

I had to ask for a refund and Jan made it a smooth and easy process, thank you to makeship for not only processing my ticket in record time, but also being quite attentive and amazing with their policies as well as staff. 10/10 customer support experience

I had a problem taking initial delivery of an item ordered from Makeship but was really pleased when Jan at Makeship customer service reached out and resolved the issue on his own initiative. I didn’t even have to contact customer service they contacted me. I’m very pleased with this excellent standard of customer service and will happily order from Makeship again

Great experience with their customer service. A package was lost and after a short time trying to track the package, Makeship went ahead and sent a new package which made my son very happy. The package was delivered about a week later. A positive experience.
