Misleading trial and difficult cancellation

Signed up for a ~$5 “1-week plan” just to try it, and was then charged $53.98 for a monthly subscription I did not clearly intend to purchase.

Cancellation is not straightforward, and you have to email support, which delays the process. I cancelled as soon as I noticed the charge and didn’t use the service beyond the trial.

The whole flow seems designed in a way that makes it easy to miss the recurring billing and harder than necessary to cancel.

Recommendation: Be very careful!

The apps didnt work with bluetooth of hearing aid and cannot run on laptop

The apps didnt work with bluetooth of my hearing aid . So I cancel within the allowed full refund period but the company did not want to refund. I had already feedback the problem before I cancel but no satisfactory reply only to say sorry it doesnt work. I am very dissapointed they dont honor full refund promise.

Too buggy + terrible voice recognition

Too buggy and voice recognition is poor.
The teachers avatars are horrible in that they do not sync the speaker with the words, with clunky and chlidlike presentations.
I have requested my monry back, but based on other reviewers comments, I'm going to reject the payment when it is posted to sabve trouble.

What a shameful organisation this is, when you cancel your membership they still charge you and believe you’ll never challenge.

app good, but subscription plan is a trap

The app itself is pretty good and I enjoy the conversations, and the corrections the AI tutor makes. Be wary though of the subscription plan. I signed up for seven days only at around £7, but hidden in the Ts&Cs, they keep deducting, the next deduction was £58, because I didn't email them to cancel it in time. I have tried cancelling any future payments now three times and they still have not confirmed this.

Be careful with this people

The app has not functioned correctly for a significant period. Specifically, the microphone feature fails to work across all options, including AI practice and pronunciation evaluations, making the service unusable.

Despite reporting these technical issues, I was still charged for a renewal. When I reached out for assistance, the support team initially claimed they could not find my account. After I provided the necessary registration and payment details, my request for a refund was denied based on your terms and conditions. Furthermore, my requests for cancellation were met with repeated promotional offers for discounts rather than a resolution to the technical failure or the account closure.

Because I have been charged for a non-functional service and a refund has been refused, I have decided to resolve this matter directly with my bank as a fraudulent charge.
