I've been waiting for a payout for 13 business days and overall it's 19 days. They paid me money only once, since then I am waiting for the rest of the money. Let me remind you that their payout time is 3-5 business days. If something changes I will give an update
Update: I don't know if there opinion changed anything, while all the payments after this opinion were made. I have mixed feelings about the payouts, there should be a lot of change here. For now 3 stars, I am waiting for improvement.

Malina Casino scammed me by wiping my balance without any valid reason. I deposited €27 and activated a 150% bonus, playing for about 20 minutes and building my balance up to around €58-60. Then, out of nowhere, they reset my balance to zero. When I contacted their support through chat, they gave me a ridiculous excuse, claiming that the bonus had expired — even though I had activated it just minutes before. This behavior is outright dishonest and immoral. It's clear that they manipulate bonuses and balances to scam players, and this kind of shady business practice shows a complete lack of integrity. It's unacceptable for a casino to treat customers like this, and they should be held accountable for their unethical actions.

I contact them everyday via live chat and email and the only response I get is that there's a delay in processing due to high volumes and I will be getting my funds soon, that they are safe and there's nothing to worry about. They tell me everyday that they escalate my case to the financial department but still I'm waiting. I haven't seen such scammers before. The experience is terrible. They don't send money on time, there's always an excuse, and the most vicious and sad thing is that one support says this and the other says something else. The other is that they cancelled a payment that I didn't get back to my account or anywhere, and then after I contacted them via email, it's just the constant fake reasons. Nothing worthwhile, and I haven't received that money back or my other withdrawal since. I have screenshots of everything that proves me right. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
