I joined malina casino and after…

I joined malina casino and after winning a couple of hundred euros I went to withdraw some of the money the next thing I know is my account is closed and live chat tell you you will receive an email shortly still no email and when you email support you get no reply from them 😑 would not recommend this site worst customer service i ever came across

I joined Malina on the 22nd of September . I have a gambling problem So i told them this and wanted to close my account on the 23th there was 100 euro in my account the refuse to give me back my money after 21 emails with no answer to costumer care they have scammed me out of my money dont go near this site its a scam

Complete scam of a casino

Complete scam of a casino, support are useless, keep fobbing me off by email and doing nothing and changing people i am speaking to in mid chat. I had 7k in account, can only withdraw 500 at a time, withdrew 2 500s. pending for 2 days, and then they were cancelled and the money was not returned to my account, they are robbing me, stay away from them! THey wont answer my questions and won't tell me why they were cancelled and what I am to do, they are a disgrace, scam of a casino! stay away!

borderline scam edit: fixed after a loooong time

they limit you after one bet and then don't let you withdraw because you didnt reach the rollover requirements (just for deposit, didnt activate any bonus). funny thing you cant reach them anymore cuz you got limited after ONE LOSING BET (= no reason to do so, just money farming :D). So yeah either casino which is 99% rigged but never intended to play there anyway or 1000x 80ct bets on games id never wager on either aka I AM FORCED to gamble like a degen and then will probably have 1/3rd left if anything easiest cash ever for them dont deposit way better sites out there. Same goes for their sister sites btw

EDIT: after a lot of mailing, livechat and complaining "administration" has decided that I am eligible to withdraw without rollovering my deposit. As it should have been in first place. So if you are reading this and in a similar position - go all out! They might eventually let u leave - dont give up and gamble ur cash in the casino. Still a bad system / trick & unbearably unhelpful support. but there is a way out I guess

Great selection of games

Great selection of games, very fast withdraws and you can have fun from this site with most deposits which is rare nowadays and ain't had no issues or game errors so aint spoke to support but am guessing there good.

Fraud casino

Fraud casino, when you win big they close your account giving all fake reasons, they steal my $70,000 just saying the reason which is fake, they said because you used third party person wallet to deposit money in casino and played so we closing your account and not gonna pay the winnings, but in reality the Ewallet owner is me only and for that i had given them every single documents like statement screen recording showing my name on ewallet , and the biggest proof even the CEO of E WALLET MUCH BETTER knows that it is my account , so this clearly shows they want to scam my big money and that is why they closed my account but i will take them to court i will sue this fraud casino if i am not gonna get my money, the ceo of much better going to speak to them and i belive that is more then enogh proof to show my ownership.
